The massage, as I said, was great! She really focused on my bad area and managed to get the knot out. I am now able to get out of the chair without screaming pain. The most helpful thing, she came to the hotel room. I did not have to go to her place of business which was a God send since I probably wouldn't have made it either by taxi or walking. We didn't have a traditional yoga class set up. Instead we did a body love workshop. Our instructor was Jodie and she was very welcoming. There are cubbies and hooks at the back entrance for coats and shoes. In the next room there is seating and tea options should you want something to drink. There is also fresh water you can pour into a cup. The main room is pretty big and 16 of us fit comfortably in a circle. Jodie had us write down negative things we hear, heard or learned over the years that we needed to expel from our life. It was a total cleansing and many of the ladies shed tears as they realized they had things to dispel from their spirits. I plan to come back to check out the actual yoga class and will update the review on that. The room is comfortable, the pillows and rugs we used were good quality. I can see that there were blocks and mats available for use too.

After reading reviews and yelp comments I chose Solace. I loved that I was able to book with Collette online and it was super easy. The place itself is a bit hard to find. It isn't facing the street. However if you go old school, follow GPS and then look for the buildings address it was simple. The space is very inviting and relaxing. And clean!! I felt very at ease with Collette and she gave me a wonderful massage. I look forward to seeing her again.
