WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!! If I could I'd give them a negative rating! After Waiting more than a month a half for my appointment the owner tells me that I'm not on the schedule so he won't be able to take my car, even though I confirmed my appointment the week before. The owner then tells me that I can come the next day at 10 AM. I dropped my car off and they told me they will call me around 3 PM to pick up my car. It was 5:30 PM when I finally contacted them, but of course my car was not ready yet and they told me they will contact me. I decided to go at 7 PM. The seats were still wet after they used up 1/4 of my gas tank to dry the seats/floor. DON'T GO THERE. You'll thank me later. Also trying to contact them is almost impossible. read more

Been here a few times now and while the car wash isn't super amazing, it is passible. They are thorough bit only with the help of the manger looking over the car after they've finished. After getting a FULL DETAIL, my car is sooooo f*^#@ up now! they must have took a garden hose to the interior because the leather seats are saturated still the day after! power windows wont go up or down although sometimes when you press the window button now passenger window is possessed going up & down non stop. *** never had issues with my windows before this, my car is very well taken care of. also even when you buckle your seat belt that fasten your seatbelt reminder continuously goes off... so pretty much they screwed up the entire electrical system in my car...i hope the business has insurance because i will be bringing the repair bill to them and calling channel 12. i'm going to make them wish i was never born !!!!! ha ha ha read more

My son took the car to this place at random because he was asked to get it washed. They broke the antenna in the roof of my car. Guy tries to deny it, says it was already loose so he has amazing eyesight to be able to know this after the fact and my son saw and heard it crack while the guy was using the roof wash tool. Definitely trying to take advantage of a teenager with some bullshit excuse. My son called me and I told him what to do, and at least the manager didn't charge for what was a lousy job anyway. Totally skeptical at first, but totally worth it! I bought a Groupon and brought my SUV to SFSC, Cranston. Upon arriving I was a little skeptical. Not the nicest location and doesn't look super up-to-date. I arrived around 9am on a Sunday am for my appointment for a full detail. I pulled on the front door of the location and no one was there. I was a little annoyed but when I called the locations number a guy answered and realized I was there. He was working on cleaning a car and I didn't hear him and he didn't hear me. (Still why was the door locked when the location opens an hour earlier) I dropped my car off and an hour later I received a call just to verify a few things, etc. The guy on the phone was nice and did job explaining a few things. The guy was a little hard to understand, but was very detailed and friendly. When I went to pick up my car I was astounded by the way my SUV looked. It looked amazing. I am so happy with the result of my vehicle. I assured the guy working that hopefully I wouldn't need to see him soon but if I make a mess of my car again, I would bring it back to see them. read more

This is for the North Providence location. I will start by saying that the outside was awesome! We got many compliments on it. However, the inside looked like a serious rush job. It looked like it was just wiped down, not detailed. When I think of a car being detailed, that means that you get the crevices and everyone knows that it's pretty easy to do that with a q-tip. I maybe could've overlooked that but, there were places that weren't even wiped. I'm thinking they shouldn't call this a "detail", it wasn't. I could pretty much excuse anything if I get good customer service at least, but let me say, that the gentleman was very rude. When I had to bring my car back, he was defensive and blamed it on my car being old. When I asked why it wasn't vacuumed between the seats, he said the vacuum doesn't reach and the car is old. Again, maybe you shouldn't call this a detail then, because that is not asking a lot. I won't be going back. They charge $150 regular price. For that price, you should get much better. When I finally left, as I merged on to the highway and looked at the rear view mirror, I realized the inside of the rear window was still covered in my dogs drool. I was irate! When I got home I checked the rugs and seats in the rest of the suv only to discover that all they did was vacuum the back of my suv. Because my ford escape is an suv they charged me extra to shampoo the entire suv and they didn't even shampoo the back of the vehicle. To be honest I wonder if they even shampoo 'd the front of the vehicle or if they just dumped a bunch of liquid deodorizer all over the front of the vehicle. My car still reeks of deoterizer, it is nauseating! The front seats were wet for 3 days! This was such a horrible experience. I did call and was unable to speak to the manager so I left a message but no one ever called me back. My advise is save your money and go somewhere else. read more

I came back in two days due to work and it looked like a brand new car! Now before you think I'm just gassing them up, I have a 4 yr old who can destroy the back seat in 5 minutes. I wish I had checked Yelp before going, but found them on Groupon and trusted it would be okay. I mean, "it's just a detail how bad could it go?" I dropped off my car at 9:30AM and the man working confirmed it would be 4-5 hours. So, no big deal, I'll just go to the Mall and get lunch, I thought. 9:30AM: Dropped off car. 3:30PM. I hadn't received a call from So Fresh and So Clean. After 5 hours (at 2:30PM) I promised myself I'd give them an extra hour because they were busy, but call at 3:30 to check-in. So, 3:30 approaches and I call. A man answered and told me that because the "paint is so, so faded" they're going to need extra time on the car and it won't be done by 8:00PM. At this point I decided to remain calm and refrain from screaming "WELL THANKS FOR THE PHONE CALL AND UPDATE WHILE IVE BEEN SITTING IN A PIZZA PARLOR FOR 2 HOURS!" and rather just said, "Oh, okay, sorry to hear you're having trouble, I'll be there at 8:00." 7:45PM: After spending 3.5 hours in a hookah bar watching Arrested Development on my iPad and having to purchase a phone charger, it was time to go back to So Fresh to pick up my car. I called on my way there in the Lyft to tell them, but sadly no answer (3 times). 8:00PM: I arrive at So Fresh and So Clean to find 2 of the garages closed, the lights off, and 3 people standing out front. I walked past them and through the one open garage in to the customer waiting area to find no one working. So I went back outside to ask the people about my car, where 2 of the people jumped in to a truck and quickly sped off. "You must be the White Honda" the one guy left standing said. "They left cuz they didn't even wanna talk to you. Your car isn't done, I'm so sorry." Side note, I couldn't just take my car home because the battery was dead and the car was still soaking wet inside. 12:00PM NEXT MORNING: When I finally picked up the car the next morning at NOON (which it still was being worked on) I had to rush out to the interview I had an hour away. The owner kept explaining it was because the paint was so faded that it took so long, but the carpets were still wet so not sure how the paint affected the carpets' ability to dry but I guess I'm not the master here. I had dropped off the car with a little less than half a tank of gas and received it back on empty because they were running the car in the garage with the heat blasting on high. A few minutes in to my drive I noticed the radio wasn't working so immediately pulled off an exit and called the car wash business line (twice). After not getting a response or a pick up I texted the owner and said the radio was not working. He didn't respond for a while so I called the business line again and finally got through. I explained to the person who answered that the radio wasn't working and I heard the owner in the background screaming, "I just texted her back! Tell her to read the text!" The text read, "turn the car off and restart it, should b fine." I did so twice, and it did not turn on again. So, I texted the manager that I did so twice and it didn't work. He didn't respond. This was at about 12:30PM. At 6:00PM he called me on my cell phone and asked "How's it going." I explained it wasn't turning on still and I will be bringing it in to the dealership on Monday. He responded saying he would not be willing to pay for anything unless I am willing to bring the car back to them to let them look at it. I obviously explained I would not be willing to bring my car to a CAR WASH to get it inspected and he said he would refuse to pay for anything unless I let him take a look at it first because I may just be "trying to get him to pay for an already broken radio." He said I should have come right back if I had thought they had done something to the radio, regardless of the fact I explained multiple times I had to get to an interview I was already running late for because the car was STILL not done at noon the next day. It is absolutely absurd to me that I pay have just lost hundreds of dollars getting a detail and just got a phone call from the owner acting like I was the one who is the criminal just trying to get a free new radio. I don't know how to fully explain how angry I am and how stupid I feel for not just driving away when I pulled up. read more

Went here on a Groupon.... 12 bucks for a 25 dollar cleaning. They were nice, professional, but definitely missed a few spots. Maybe it was because my little Hyundai Accent hatchback is decidedly un-sexy in the first place, or maybe it was because Pauly D was waiting ahead of me for his douchy little sport bike to get polished up. I had bought a Groupon for a full detail and brought my car to the Cranston location. I dropped the car off in the morning and was told that it would be done by mid-afternoon. I hadn't heard from them so I called them around 3pm to see if it was done and no one answered the phone. After calling a few times and getting no answer, my father and I decided to just go there around 4pm, assuming that my car had to be done. When we got there my car was parked outside and when I looked at it saw that it had barely been touched. I spoke to one of the guys there who said they had gotten very busy but the car would be done in an hour. Even though my father was just supposed to be dropping me off there, we decided to go to a restaurant up the street for a snack while we waited. We returned after about an hour and half and they were just "finishing" my car. I inspected the car and found the windows still dirty, dirt and debris still in the door jams (remember this was a full detail) and the leather on my front passenger seat had been damaged!! I called it out immediately to the owner (Manny Deburgo) that was there at this point and told him I was not happy. He started making excuses, saying it must have been like that before, but I was not having it. There was absolutely no damage to that seat when I dropped it off and I expected something to be done about it! Again he went on saying that it probably came that way from the dealer and they likely used dye on it to cover it up and by his guys cleaning it, they wiped the dye off....blah, blah, blah. I didn't care what his reasoning was, I told him that the seat was not damaged when I dropped it off and that was that. He needed to get it fixed, to which he agreed. He then proceeded to string me along over the next several months, telling me that he had a guy that was going to fix it and he should be coming in the following week. Then nothing. I called him again and he apologized saying he was glad I called because he lost my number and that the guy would be coming in the following week and he would call me to set up an appointment. Then nothing. I called again, and again he claimed he had lost my number but that the guy was coming in that Saturday and we made an appointment for me to come in. That Sat came and I texted him in the morning to confirm my appointment. He then called me to say that he hadn't heard from the guy and he didn't think he was going to show up. Needless to say, after months of being strung along, my seat has never been repaired. Overall, they were completely unprofessional. They inconvenienced both me and my father, did a mediocre job at best detailing my car, damaged my seat and then never followed through on promise to have it fixed. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. read more

I was assured the vehicle would be done and parked outside so I could pick it up after work at 1130 pm. The vet was there. The engine detailing was still not done. The seats were stained as if someone had poured solution on it but didn't scrub them. The floors and seats were soaked still and the whole car smelled like a wet dog. Got my car detailed due to some paint flaws (scratches). Employee was very straight forward and completely honest. Make every scratch barely visible or completely gone. Note they are not a paint repair shop but managing to even see one scratch is very hard due to the superior work they did. They wasn't able to get only one scratch do to the depth of the scratch going through the clear coat but sure did they make it hardly there. The only way you'll notice it is if i showed you it.Beyond satisfied!! Also they use meguiars so you know you'll get high quality car care products on your vehicle. read more

I used to go here all the time until they ruined my wheels. The acid base soap they used ate right thru the clean coat and the chrome finish. It left white water marks everywhere. It's been 3 months since the incident happened. Still waiting on a solution. The manager or owner whatever he is Manny said he'll take care of it. That's all I've been getting from him now. They have a policy to fix whatever damages done to a customers car. So why is it taking so long? I tried to reason with him and go with his solution to polish the wheels by a company. That took long and it was unsuccessful, it actually caused more damage to the wheels. So with this I hope everyone who goes there to be aware of their car. You don't wanna wait months on end to get a situation resolved. I called him today and he told me he has to call his insurance today. He even asked me to give me some time to save money to buy new wheels instead of going thru his insurance and he still couldn't do that. 3 MONTHS.....smh. Went there this Saturday for a quick wash and vac big mistake. I was the fourth car in line and 90 minutes later they were just starting on my car. I would have left but once you are in line can other cars are behind you there is no way out . being in the auto business let me tell you they way they rub in the salt and dirt into the paint without a proper wash down was sinful small shop vacuum from Lowe's which left most dirt behind. and the wipe down with dirty rags topped it off. never ever going back .an hour and a half car wash not for me read more

Do NOT waste your time or money. Bought two Groupons but the experience was so poor that I will not bother trying to use the second one. The amount of time wasted trying to convince them to get the car in and wash it is reason enough not to go. The Warwick location closed two weeks before I bought the Groupon but there were no signs or notices anywhere at the store or online so that was a complete waste of time. The Providence location listed on my Groupon wasn't even a real location anymore (according to their website there is another Providence location, not listed as one of the places accepting my Groupon however). The Cranston location is full of employees who obviously hate their job and are eager to let you know. Like I said, don't waste your time or money. read more

I saw this on my way, almost by accident, while travelling on Cranston St. I wanted my car cleaned for a road trip 6/13 but was told they had no appointments available until 6/22 but he would put me on the "cancellation" list. I was pleasantly surprised when he called several hours later and said I could come by in a hour since he had a cancellation. My back seat and floor was full of dog hair...and I can never get it as clean as I want. Now that I have been here, I'll never waste my time again even trying to clean the car. I waited ..it took (2) hours...and I can verify they never stopped for one minute. My car (2013 Ford Escape) looked better than the day I drove it off the showroom floor. There is not one dog hair anywhere...my husband couldn't believe it either. I was so thrilled I had no problem giving them a healthy tip..they had worked for it. The cost for the detailing was pretty standard and worth every penny. I have read all the other reviews and it's almost like I was at a different place...I can't believe all the negative remarks. I would recommend this place to everyone I know. And both the young men who worked on my car were very polite..I think one was the manager...he was definitely the guy doing the scheduling and the one who called me but I didn't catch his name. They approached me saying that my car specifically had "kick marks" and I would have to pay more than the groupon I had bought, um no I declined. So I continued to wait AN HOUR for them to finish, expecting a decent job. When I got in my car there was ash all over my center counsel and radio, they hadn't even vacuumed by backseat, and there were muddy foot prints on the inside of my doors from their shoes from when they were cleaning the front. What's the point of paying to get your car cleaned if you have to go back and do it yourself? NEVER GOING BACK OR WASTING MY MONEY AND TIME. read more
