From start to finish they were incredibly easy to communicate with- responsive, attentive, and truly listened to what I wanted. Lisa and her team brought my vision to life, and it was even better than I imagined. What really stood out was their willingness to work within our budget without compromising on quality or creativity. They not only designed and set up all the balloons, backdrops, installations but they also spent extra time helping me decorate and design the farmers market with the custom gifts I made and/or purchased for my guests. The entire process felt stress-free and enjoyable. Everything turned out beautifully and we received so many compliments. I am truly honored to be The Simple Luxe's first farmers market themed client and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a talented, reliable, and kind vendor who goes above and beyond. If you have been following them on social media like I was and have an upcoming event - reach out to them and get a quote! You will not be disappointed!

We also wanted to include our late dog in the design, and she incorporated him so beautifully. Seeing the attention to detail in their previous work is what convinced us to move forward, and all of our guests were blown away by how everything turned out. Jasmine was also a pleasure to work with. She was very communicative, easy to talk to, and made the entire process stress-free from start to finish. She really listened to our ideas, gave us time to make decisions, and helped us stay within our budget. Huge thanks to the setup and cleanup team as well. They were punctual and respectful of the time we had the venue booked. My wife and I would definitely recommend The Simple Luxe to anyone (if it's within your budget). Their hard work and dedication to their clients truly shows in their work.

Unfortunately our schedule is SO packed with therapies and much more we had to cancel. Canceling was extremely easy! But we do plan on coming back once our schedule eases up! After attending a bday party at another My Gym, we expected this to be a similarly great bday…read more Honestly, the staff was rude. They were ok for most of the party, then without any communication just kicked the kids out of the play area to spend 20 minutes cutting cake. There was no warning like hey party's winding down, just cutting cake. Once they served the cake they told us we had to leave. Play wise, it was the same My Gym set up. Their circle time activity wasn't exciting to the kids because they just wanted to play. The bubbles were ok but in my mind, they did it too early instead of a big finish which would've felt a lot better as a transition that the party was over. They did offer socks with grips, though, so that was a plus. I don't think I'd return to this location when the staff at the Newport location was so much nicer.

We are proud to recommend her wholeheartedly to anyone looking for an event planner. Ann excels at all aspects of event planning--she is extremely timely and thorough in her emails, attentive during meetings, and detail-oriented in the construction of her internal resources. She checked in with me and my brother several times throughout the planning process, taking care to ensure that she was on the same wavelength as us. During the week of the event, she took charge authoritatively, demonstrating exceptional time-management and organizational skill. She personally contacted every vendor herself to streamline delivery of their goods or services, and answered all of the questions that my brother and I had. And during the event itself, she was absolutely stellar. We didn't want to worry about any logistics, and Ann made sure to run the event smoothly and independently. She has a specific penchant for directing guests with a perfect mix of kindness and assertiveness, which is exactly the skillset needed for someone in her line of work. Her team members were also very professional and attentive; when the venue's staff failed us, Ann's own team members consistently picked up slack, and made sure my brother and I were without concern. Overall, I am proud to give Ann my strongest endorsement. It was my privilege to have worked with her, and I am looking forward to doing so again!
