She is an extremely awesome & knowledgable esthetician. She educated me on the best foods to eat to keep my skin young and healthy. As for the procedure, I went with the Hydrafacial Refresh for my first time. It's $145+ and lasts up to one hour. This treatment included cleansing, exfoliation, extraction, hydration and antioxidant protection. Now that I got a feel of what being in heaven is like, I'm so sad that I didn't go sooner. My face and skin feels overall very soft, hydrated and rejuvenated. Everything about this facial was soothing, moisturizing and incredibly amazing. If you're looking for a place to rejuvenate your skin, I recommend going to Katrina at Skin Deep in Harker Heights. It was my first time and I was able to book an appointment the same day. Their hours of operation is Mon-Fri 10am - 6pm. Tues, Thurs 10am - 7pm. Sat 9am - 5pm. Check out their Instagram or website for more information. Katrina exceeded my expectations and I can't wait to return... If you refer someone, you and your friend/family could get $20 off :)

She asked me my name and if I'd been there before and I told her I had. She then asked when and what I had done. Idk, it's been several months. I'm wondering what's going on. Why do you need so much info when I just want to buy something? I felt like I was filling out a credit application. When I asked her if this was necessary to make a purchase she just gave me this blank look and said yes. I walked out and will never come back. Last time I was there I had a service plus bought about $250 worth of products. Just went there as most places are closed on Sundays. No problem, I'll never return

During my initial consultation, I felt the dermatologist was very rushed. The appointment lasted less than 10 minutes despite costing me approximately $80 out of pocket, and I did not feel there was much opportunity to ask additional questions or fully discuss my concerns. My experience with the front desk was also frustrating. My insurance company, BCBS, recommended that I obtain the procedure codes so I could get a clearer estimate of my out-of-pocket costs. When I requested them, the person assisting me seemed skeptical and somewhat negative about the request, commenting that "nobody had ever asked for this before." I found that response surprising, since patients should be able to obtain this information when trying to understand the cost of a medical procedure. I was later told that the proposed treatment for my cyst would be a "shave-off." When I specifically asked whether this was being recommended because the clinic was limited in the procedures it could offer, I was told that they were limited. This concerned me because I want to know that a treatment is being recommended because it is the most appropriate option for my condition--not simply because it is the procedure available at that particular clinic. When I had additional questions before the scheduled procedure, I was unable to speak directly with the dermatologist and had to receive the explanation through another staff member. I cannot comment on the quality of the procedure itself because I have decided not to proceed with it at this time. However, based on my experience with the communication, rushed consultation, difficulty getting my questions addressed, and the clinic's stated limitations regarding treatment options, I have decided to seek a second opinion elsewhere before proceeding. For an elective medical procedure, I believe patients should feel informed, comfortable asking questions, and confident that they have been given the opportunity to understand the available treatment options. Unfortunately, I did not leave this experience feeling that way.

Massage Envy called ahead of time for an appointment reminder and also told me to arrive 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork therefore it would not cut into my session time. A few days before the appointment, I was contacted and asked to reschedule due to one masseuse taking medical leave, which I understood. As an alternative, I was offered the option to split the massage into two separate sessions. That completely defeated the purpose of booking a couples massage, so I declined. I ended up rescheduling for the following day. Unfortunately, the next day I received another call 45 minutes before my appointment informing me that another masseuse was sick and I would need to reschedule again. I was told the cancellation fee would be waived for my partner--which immediately made me question why a fee was even being considered in the first place when the cancellation was not my fault. I eventually rescheduled for a later date and was informed that the massage would be with one male and one female masseuse. During the massage, the male masseuse made me uncomfortable, which was disappointing since I had specifically requested female therapists from the beginning. Throughout the session, he was breathing very loudly and yawned multiple times, which disrupted the relaxation experience. While I appreciate the effort to accommodate rescheduling, the repeated last-minute changes and the discomfort during the massage impacted the overall experience.

THIS MEDSPA IS THE BEST! I've been to many MedSpas before in Los Angeles & nothing can compare to…read morehow great this place is. If you're looking for a MedSpa, this is it. If you're interested, they usually have specials going on whether it's for fillers, hydrafacials, cool sculpting, Botox, ect (this is just what I've seen. It'll vary when you ask). The main reason I love it here is because of the results I've experienced. Not once have I been disappointed with the results. Also, the staff is great! Taylor is super accommodating and Ashley is really good at making me look natural lol & Shout out to Tehia!! She's is a very well experienced LME. She's professional, has a lot of knowledge if you're worried/curious, and she's also a great time to chat with. So they're moving to a new location near Shilo Inn & they're also opening a new MedSpa at Liberty Hill. I'm moving near the Austin area soon, but I will literally drive all the way to Killeen just to get my routines done from Tehia and Ashley lol (but I'm sure the other locations are just as great). Seriously though, check this place out if you haven't. You won't regret it!

Yasmine is also amazing at the front, always welcoming you in with a smile! I will definitely be returning here for all my skincare needs
