There was no air conditioning, Plus the people there weren't changing the trashes that were overflowing or sweeping or cleaning barely anything. Plus the machines don't really work well, they don't clean well, the ground gets severely dirty, they don't fix stuff half the time. That place was very ghetto. It is getting supremely disgusting in there.

It looks like everything was carelessly put back together without any attention to detail. -The backs of the jeans are uneven and it's very noticeable when wearing -They used mismatched thread that doesn't blend with the original jeans. -It looks like the blue jeans were just cut apart and sewn back together crookedly. -On my black jeans, one pant leg is higher than the other for some reason and the entire pair is twisted to the right, making them very awkward to wear. One pocket is even higher than the other!!! Like this is crazy! Why would you do work like this and give it back to the customer and think that is acceptable???? Both pairs are uneven and poorly done. When I went back to tell them, all they said was, "They're jeans, that's all we could do." They didn't offer me a refund or even offer to fix it. I would rather them tell me BEFORE they did the job what it would look like OR that they couldn't do it. I later went to a professional seamstress/ alterations specialist to see if at least the blue jeans could be fixed and she confirmed that the alterations were done terribly. She explained that they didn't need to cut the jeans down the middle at all and they should have just adjusted the waist. She also pointed out that the sewing was crooked and the thread didn't match (which you can notice in the images.) The seamstress even showed me a pair of jeans that she altered how jeans are SUPPOSED to correctly be taken in at the waist. I am extremely upset and disappointed that I wasted my money here and ended up with TWO ruined, good-quality pairs of jeans. Do not trust this place with your clothing. DO NOT go here if you need any serious alterations. If you want your clothing handled with care, PLEASE take it to a real specialist so that you are not taking any chances.

They were very respectful of our belongings, worked carefully around our cat, and were incredibly kind and patient with our very curious three-year-old who kept checking in on what they were doing. One of the nicest touches was how they organized her bed, arranging all of her stuffed animals in a playful, fun way that absolutely made her day. Those little personal details really stood out. The entire team was friendly, hardworking, and thorough, and the house looked amazing when they were done. Truly a great group of people who did an outstanding job. Highly recommend.

My wife and I are in a temporary apartment for two months that doesn't have a washer/dryer, and the nearby laundromat has been closed, so we were in a tough spot. Thankfully ATJ was here for us! They offer a pick-up/drop-off laundry service at a reasonable rate and they're super friendly and communicative. (We tried a laundromat we had to drive to in order to drop off our laundry, and there they offered us basically the same price but the service was terrible!) I'm so happy we settled on ATJ. We hand over a batch of laundry, pay online, and then get it back about 48 hours later. It's great!!
