I can even call in a check whenever I feel the need. The friendly atmosphere and clean workspace is very much appreciated. This place defiantly puts of needs of the dogs and even the customers first!! These days, that is not too easy to find. Defiantly my go to place!! Highly recommended!!!

Definitely a drive for someone in southern Ozaukee county, but if your dog is truly a member of your family- good care is worth the extra distance. They offer both outdoor access kennels as well as custom kennels that mimic a room in a home, or a basic kennel. We chose the kennel with outdoor access and our dog loved being able to go inane out as she saw fit. They allow you to bring in your dogs favorite food, treats and comforts. We brought our dogs favorite blanket. They have a large center with a trail to take your dog for a walk and offer play times. I liked the flexibility of picking what works best for our dog instead of a cookie cutter boarding like so many other paves. It's clean, smells good and is well staffed. We left on vacation confident our dog would be safe, cared for and spoiled just like at home. Trusted, and profession make them one of Ozaukee counties best boarding facilities.

Things were going fine for several years until this past year when we installed ring cameras, with the worst event occurring yesterday evening while we are still away out of the country on day 4 of a 7 day trip. We hired Tom and Angela to come to our home for 4 visits per day, 3x15 minutes and 1x30 minute visit daily to feed our fish, two cats, and care for our blind dog. We requested that our dog be walked, played with, brushed, and generally shown empathetic treatment and attention while we are away. Numerous times over the past year, we have observed Tom during the 30 minute visits sitting on his phone and not engaging whatsoever with our dog other than feeding her and taking her outside to go to the bathroom. We were not thrilled about that, but we had been working with them for so long we overlooked it. Last night was the worst though... Our dog is blind, so she needs to be treated with extra care and love. Tom spoke to her gruffly and yanked on her collar/leash to try to get her to stand up, and she slipped her collar. He put the collar back on her, and started to drag her once again. She slipped her collar, and he aggressively grabbed her so firmly by the scruff of her neck that she was yelping and crying. I tried to call him twice to address what I felt was very inappropriate treatment of our beloved pet, and received no response by phone text or email. I emailed their main email address trying to get in touch with Angela for a conversation, also no response. When Angela came to our home to do the bedtime visit, I spoke to her through the cameras and asked her to give me a call at which time I explained the situation and my concerns regarding Tom's treatment of our dog. I requested that Angela performed the remaining visits for the next three days until our return. I sent her the video and Tom the video from the incident yesterday evening. I received a text message this morning from them that they are not willing to care for our pets any longer. Upon our return, I was not planning to use their services ever again. So here we are, in a foreign country, without care for our pets. You will find more empathetic and caring, pet sitters elsewhere, do not put your beloved pets at risk by putting them into the care of people may decide they are no longer able/willing to care for them while you are out of town.

Tucker comes home with kennel cough. I know this happens and krystal creek blamed dog parks (that i don't take either of the boys to) Drop them off for Labor Day they have no record of them being there over the 4th. They then try to give kale the wrong dogs at pickup. This to me is unacceptable. Especially if you don't even ask for an id of the person picking up which I specifically asked for. The excuse was "a new girl messed up the tags on the kennel" Harvey was violently ill which tells me he did not get his own food I sent him with, probably because the wrong name was on his kennel. I called ans the lady said "I don't know what the fuck you're talking about" and hung up. She later called back and tried to explain. But absolutely 100% unacceptable to me. My dogs are my kids, and this place is reputable for their gun dog training. Are you sure you're getting the same dog back? Are my rescues getting treated like shit because you're more concerned about training purebreds you can kill birds with?(-and if so. I will bet that tucker can find more birds than your $3000 inbred purebred!) Are you taking on more dogs than you can handle? Absolutely unacceptable. Editing to add: does anyone know What sort of regulations a kennel needs To go through to be able To board dogs??
