They were friendly on the phone and found a way to accommodate me. When I picked my pups up, they looked and felt like different dogs - in a good way! I can't believe what an awesome job they did getting out all the matted undercoat and tangled up tail hair. She said they ended bringing a grooming table outside to blow all their hair out! Haha! My dogs seem happy too! I wish this place was closer to my home because I haven't found anyone in town that does this well with my hairy monsters! Thank you

It was clean, no order, and I like that they have protective flooring vice using just cement on the inside of the kennels. They have followed our asks of giving our fur babies their required medicines and vitamins. They let our dogs have toys & stuffed animals with them and they have brushed our dogs on occasion. The dogs are allowed playtime with the other dogs. They've met us at the floor for drop off and pick up to help lend a hand with the dogs. They have allowed us to come inside with our dogs when doing both too. They are relatively close to us which makes things a bit easier for our family. I don't mind writing a check out to Kristine, we know that her and her sons are taking very well care of our dogs. We have been very happy with their services for our puppers.

I live in Cudahy and they came to pick my dog in the mornings and dropped him in the afternoons. They've taken my dog to dog parks, various trails, beaches, state parks, and they send pictures and videos to let you know your fluffy friend is happy. They care about where they take your dog too, so if it's super hot out they find a place to cool off for the day while still exercising your doggo. If it rained out, they check the pH levels of the beach to make sure it's safe and will avoid if it's not. They're timely with pick ups and drop offs too, and their super trust worthy; in fact I gave them the key to my house and they were nice enough to feed/water my pup and gave him a treat before they left. To cap things off they're some of the kindest people I've ever met. If you need someone to watch your little tail wagging friend, call these gals. The price is fair, the service is awesome, and I would recommend them to everyone. No regrets.
