They were friendly on the phone and found a way to accommodate me. When I picked my pups up, they looked and felt like different dogs - in a good way! I can't believe what an awesome job they did getting out all the matted undercoat and tangled up tail hair. She said they ended bringing a grooming table outside to blow all their hair out! Haha! They offer both outdoor access kennels as well as custom kennels that mimic a room in a home, or a basic kennel. We chose the kennel with outdoor access and our dog loved being able to go inane out as she saw fit. They allow you to bring in your dogs favorite food, treats and comforts. We brought our dogs favorite blanket. They have a large center with a trail to take your dog for a walk and offer play times. I liked the flexibility of picking what works best for our dog instead of a cookie cutter boarding like so many other paves. It's clean, smells good and is well staffed. We left on vacation confident our dog would be safe, cared for and spoiled just like at home. Trusted, and profession make them one of Ozaukee counties best boarding facilities.

I live in Cudahy and they came to pick my dog in the mornings and dropped him in the afternoons. They've taken my dog to dog parks, various trails, beaches, state parks, and they send pictures and videos to let you know your fluffy friend is happy. They care about where they take your dog too, so if it's super hot out they find a place to cool off for the day while still exercising your doggo. If it rained out, they check the pH levels of the beach to make sure it's safe and will avoid if it's not. They're timely with pick ups and drop offs too, and their super trust worthy; in fact I gave them the key to my house and they were nice enough to feed/water my pup and gave him a treat before they left. To cap things off they're some of the kindest people I've ever met. If you need someone to watch your little tail wagging friend, call these gals. The price is fair, the service is awesome, and I would recommend them to everyone. No regrets.
