She would non-stop bark at anything that moves, pull on the leash for entire walks, herd/nip at our toddler, lunge/growl at house guests while cowering at others, and further unruly behavior. We felt horrible and embarrassed that we couldn't control our dog, a dog that when just with us was the most loving dog we've ever encountered. They were friendly on the phone and found a way to accommodate me. When I picked my pups up, they looked and felt like different dogs - in a good way! I can't believe what an awesome job they did getting out all the matted undercoat and tangled up tail hair. She said they ended bringing a grooming table outside to blow all their hair out! Haha! My dogs seem happy too! I wish this place was closer to my home because I haven't found anyone in town that does this well with my hairy monsters! Thank you
