The customer service experience was horrible and I wasted my time on a company that really isn't serious about making money.

He then spilled drinks (some of which landed on guests), broke multiple glasses and spent half of the night sitting in the corner on his phone. At one point he was given a tray of drinks to pass around and two minutes later he was back in the corner on his phone. I do not even know if he finished the 3 hour shift because he left without telling anyone. Book with another company.

The staff were so attentive to myself and my groom; making sure we had a drink before we walked down the aisle, making sure they knew our drink preferences for the night, and several times seeking us out wherever we were with a readymade drink (mixed and just water) to make sure we were lubricated and hydrated. They also made us 6-8 covered plates of a sampling of all the catered foods and set it at our table for when we finally got to sit down AND they brought us and the wedding party hors d'oeuvres immediately after the ceremony while we were getting ready for photos. I had purchased one of those 7lb cans of luxardo cherries to go with cocktails for the night and of course got cherry juice on my fluffy white dress and one of the bartenders deftly and quickly saved my dress with some club soda too! Everything was beautiful and tasty and there were several compliments on the food. We already loved Joe's Deli and Buffalo Catering is even lovelier. Highly recommend you let them cater your wedding and suggest you ignore the review on here by a wedding attendee about running out of food. Running out of food is a planning mistake and not the fault of the caterer if they didn't know about the correct numbers or the family didn't take their advice and instead bought less that was suggested! Our food amounts were seemingly perfect as far as I can tell (as advised by the caterer based on our attendee numbers) and we did a grazing menu: a great variety of delicious slider sandwiches, a bruschetta bar, two orders of charcuterie, two orders of cheeses, vegetable and fruit plates, and four types of hors d'oeuvres with enough for each person to have at least 2 of each. Open bar package with beer, wine and cocktails as well. Again, can't say enough, they did a stupendous job and I felt so cared for and taken care of. I had Drop Off catering done for a buffet style lunch. We ordered Scalloped potatoes, Mashed potatoes, Grilled Chicken, pulled pork, Cesar salad and vegetable mix, along with a fruit/vegetable and cheese tray. The food arrived on time and HOT. All equipment was provided for a fee, and included were sturdy disposable plates, cutlery, and napkins. The food was delicious, especially the pulled pork, and presented very nicely. We received many compliments from our guests, and my parents were thrilled. The only downfall (and I'm hoping this is a faux pas only until the construction is complete) is the lack of accessibility. There are no ramps to get inside the building or from the entrance into the bar/restaurant venue. I was surprised that we had to request flatware with dessert and that there wasn't an option for coffee or tea. That being said, tonight's local chef/business was Tony's Supper Club. I enjoyed The Big Hello cocktail to start and since I wanted to order one of everything on the menu, I got 2 appetizers, an entree to eat for my meal, an entree to bring home for tomorrow, and dessert. The Fungi "Cappuccino" was deliciously creamy. My only gripe was that I needed a spoon and more bread to sop up every bit of goodness. The Caramelized Figs with creamy Goat cheese and spicy arugula was the perfect combination of flavors. For my main entree, I ordered the Wild Boar Ragu. The buccatini pasta was al dente, the ragu was well-seasoned (another part of dinner that needed just a nip of bread for sopping) and it was tough not to lick the plate clean. The second entree was the bison, only because my friend wouldn't stop raving about the duck confit potatoes. lol I ate one (even though I'm *stuffed*) and they are really good - but needed salt. For dessert, even though I've had it before, I had to go back for the chocolate panna cotta. The chocolate is insanely rich, the Hazelnut brown butter added flavor and crunch, and just a half scoop more of the ice cream would have been perfect. Didn't know this hidden gem existed until a Yelp event brought me here... the building has a rich…read morehistory, there is a credit union and there is delicious food... stuffed cabbage, perogies and chicken dinners just to name a few... there's also a full service bar and the staff is incredibly friendly! The event gave us samples of food from outside vendors... but I did order drinks and perogies.. drinks were great, a green drink called toxic waste and a vodka with club soda and a twist... the perogies were something to write home about!
