Would I recommend it as a bank to anyone? No. Could I think of a bank I would recommend to people? No. Would I tell people to run for the hills and hide their money under a goat before taking their business here? No, they're not THAT bad. So there you have it. I neither recommend nor dissuade people to come here so I guess that makes them at the very least A-OK.
