This was such a fun outing. Our 2 daughters drove singles and me and hubby on a double. I couldn't believe how high we went, omg. Go pee before getting there or there is a porta potty. Our guide Bella was super funny and kept us all safe. The views are breathtaking. A must do!!

We had such a great time and Bella was the best. We've never done anything like this and Bella was very helpful before and during the ride. We actually wanted to tip Bella but lost the Venmo acct!! Please let us know how we can get it to him.

These guys are awesome and open for 20/21. Cruz took our family of 8 (3 generations) for a 2 hour tour. Killer views and great snow up top. They treat everyone with respect and take Covid precautions seriously. Hit these guys up if the slopes are too crowded or you just want a cool adventure up above Purgatory.

We had spent a couple of days in Silverton and wanted to see the mountains up close and in a unique way. Snowmobile Adventures was recommended to us by a local (hey Dan!) in Silverton. We were greeted at Purgatory Resort at the snowmobile hut by Kash, the friendliest dog and our experience just got more and more fun from there. Michael, our guide, and Pete, guide in training, were thoughtful, funny, adventurous and gave us the exact experience of riding through the woods, beautiful vista viewpoints, history lessons, and some fun free riding time in the meadow. I can't explain how much of an awesome day we had - except for the proof in my humongous grin I had on my face all day. The San Juan Mountains are special. And on a snowmobile is a really perfect way to experience them in full.

There are several options for snowmobiling around the Durango area, and we called just about each one to figure out who had the best value and options. We were a party of 7 so we knew that this would be an expensive day, but we were really looking to get our monies worth. We love the outdoors and everyone in our party rides, dirt bikes, RZRs and quads so snowmobiles were right up our ally! The person on the phones was super patient with me as I asked a million questions and called back multiple times. When we finally booked, the process was quick and the waivers were very easy and quick to fill out. We showed up and the guides were prompt and kind. We brought our own helmets along and we were happy to be able to use them, their equipment did look clean and they did disinfect everything prior to the next use. Our guide was phenomenal he had so many tips for us first timers. We were able to ride at our level and the guide gave us some tips on off-roading in the area during the summer months and different rafting activities that we could look up during the summer months. He was kind and informative and took us on a great ride. This experience was worth every single penny and based on my research it was the best bang for the buck in the area!

JJ was so awesome. We had the best time. Highly recommend this place. We will be back again!!! Thank JJ- you rock!!

place was sick, our tour guid Bella was the coolest, we had some mechanical difficulties but it was fun They supply CLEAN helmets and recommended sunglasses / goggles that they don't supply, but i wore polarized sunglasses only and it was fine, i wore a normal jacket and a t-shirt underneath with jeans and thermals so it wasn't that cold, but the sun was shining and it was only 34° out today. Bella helped us all out and taught us better tricks and stuff to adapt to the snow mobile for the most amount of fun, we were able to talk with him and let him take pictures of our families and stuff, and tell us facts about the land and where we're at, our elevation and all that fun stuff.

JJ was great for our private tour on the snow mobiles! He knew so many facts and was very personable. We even were on a moose lookout! Recommend 10/10.

We are staying at purgatory resort and had finished skiing for the day. But we weren't quite ready to get out of the snow so we booked a snowmobiling 2 hour tour. We booked online 1 hour before and were pleasantly surprised to get a tour, let alone a private tour!!! It was just the two of us and the guide and it was absolutely incredible. The views were breathtaking and an adrenaline rush for sure! We went down some steep drops and sharp turns and loved every minute of it!

What a fun excursion! We were looking for an alternative to skiing and this was perfect. The two of us did the two hour guided group snowmobiling tour. They had us sign waivers, then suit up. They have all kinds of gear available for use at no extra charge - helmets, goggles, jackets, etc. The tour went along trails to a scenic overlook, then to meadows where we could ride around on our own, before heading back. We were out for 2 hr and it was awesome! Our guide, Moses, was very attentive and made sure everyone was comfortable, offered to take pictures for us, no one got lost or left behind, and did a great tutorial on how to operate the snowmobile. This would be a great family outing too, as you can ride two per snowmobile. Thank you, Moses!

Great photographer that snaps pics before you take off!

It didn't arrive in November, it didn't arrive in December. In Jan, the sled still hadn't arrived so I found another sled for sale, purchased it, and called them to cancel my snowcheck. Mike was very rude, and refused to refund my deposit. I informed him of Visa's policy which allows for chargebacks made within 90 days of cancelled deposits/payments made on merchandise that hasn't been received. He refused to refund my deposit, so I'm now dealing with my bank. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!!

Well 6.5 months later my bike is in worse shape than when i brought it in! What does this neanderthal think? Every time i called to see how far along its going he tells me I'm short staffed! I even brought him a potential worker! And all summer he kept telling me Im short staffed then he told me his mother had a stroke! I DON'T BELIEVE ANY OF IT! Total incompetent mechanic. I did bring my dirt bike tire in once! he didnt even remove the spike that popped it in the first place so i drove to my riding spot 50 miles, as soon as i started to ride the back tire went flat! After having a bad experience with another big dealership, I reached out to Thomas at fun center…read more They are really great, friendly people that were more than accommodating for us. I'd highly recommend working with them. Todd and Christina even opened up for us on their day off. Very caring honest people, I'll definitely be referring people their way.

A year ago I bought a used 2016 Moto Guzzi Stelvio motorcycle at Fun Center Cycle in Farmington,…read moreNM, with 16k miles on it, and rode it 1,000 miles home. It was not an uneventful ride, as a year of sitting on the showroom floor meant that it had stale gas, and it ran badly the entire ride. I had vetted the bike by calling the sales team and by texting and emailing. I specifically asked for the fluids to be changed out and that the bike was completely checked out by the shop. I flew from Sacramento to Durango, Colorado and after an hour was finally able to catch an Uber to the shop in Farmington. Folks at the shop were pleasant, friendly and welcoming even to the point of offering me a burger cooked out back. That was great as I was starving, a little out of sorts with the altitude and my flight. I checked the bike out, and everything seemed ok. Loaded my gear in the saddle bags and poked around. Installed the charging wire for my heated vest, and installed my tank bag. The financial folks got the paperwork sorted out quickly (I thought), and I was on my way. Right away I noticed the engine had a bit of a rattle. But having owned Moto Guzzis in the past I knew by the sound that it wasn't serious and after a couple minutes the sound was gone. At my first stop, I determined that the engine and rear end oil (shaft drive) were way past scheduled oil change as they were filthy. Interestingly the transmission oil was as though it was brand new. That lead me to believe that they had changed transmission oil thinking that it was engine oil. Maybe. The shop had filled the gas tank up but I suspect there was old gas remaining which varnished the fuel injection up. Hence the rough running. 1,000 miles later, when I got the bike home I did a complete fluid change. And yep the engine oil and in particular the rear end oil was super nasty. Shame on Fun Center Cycle for not changing that. Found a filthy air filter, and on further examination determined that the airbox had a defect in the factory molding process and that unfiltered air was making its way into the airbox and throttle bodies. Shame on Moto Guzzi QC. If the mechanic had bothered to check the air filter he would have noticed it was filthy and something else was wrong due to the grime, and bird feathers in the air box. That's the second reason for running bad. I had to repair the airbox and spend much time cleaning throttle bodies. Shame on you Fun Center Cycles. The valves sounded like they hadn't been adjusted in many miles, and on using my feeler gauges found that they were way out of spec. It takes 15 minutes to adjust the valves, and needs to be done every oil change. The included owners manual clearly states this. Shame on you Fun Cycles and maybe the previous owner. While attempting to register the bike in California DMV, I found out that Fun Cycles screwed up the paper work and signed the title as though the bike had a lien. It did not as I paid the full amount with a cashiers check, This created a pain and I had to wait for new paperwork and had to make a second trip to DMV. Shame on you Fun Cycle. DMV also wanted to see the emissions stickers on the bike. Luckily the previous owner had left some under the seat. The rest of the stickers on the tank, exhaust and swing arm had all been removed. The exhaust was aftermarket and I sweated bullets that I was going to get into trouble. A year later I've put on 10,000 miles and I love the bike, but my experience with Fun Center Cycle in Farmington has continued to leave a bad taste in my mouth.
