I emphasized that I'd be coordinating my visit with the delivery, and he assured me they'd notify me once the flowers were delivered. On Mother's Day, I showed up--and no flowers. I stayed with my mom for about 3-4 hours, and nothing ever arrived. I was never charged for the order (which was for a $250 florist's choice), but I also never received a call, explanation, or any kind of follow-up. Life got busy, and I didn't reach out afterward to ask what happened. Maybe they were overwhelmed or lost the order, but for a small business, it's surprising to see a $250 order just vanish without any communication. My mom thankfully didn't notice, but it was the first time in years there weren't flowers for her on Mother's Day. Unfortunately, I won't be using this florist again.
