He has seen my case evolve drastically over the years, and has always been there to clean up the pieces of other attorneys who were new to the business, or left to other companies. Now, for the last roughly four years, he has been my primary attorney. Arthur is not a typical attorney, in the best of ways. He is kind, caring, and always does his best to get to the root of the problem. He'll give you honest, straight up advice. Arthur is not in this to pad his pocket, he does this to help families. Arthur is mindful of his billing and truly looks out for his clients most pressing needs. I can't imagine an attorney who would offer you better expertise and value in Astoria. I would recommend Arthur to anyone, including my closest friends and family.

I don't often write reviews but my experience with Ashley was terrible. I had a simple document…read morethat I needed reviewed and submitted to the courts and I needed it done in 2 weeks. 4 weeks later I missed the deadline and the work was never completed despite dozens of emails requesting a completion date and being assured she would work on it. She charged me over $600 for her "time" which is ridiculous as the document was already completed and just needed to be reviewed and submitted. Overall, very disappointed. I can not recommend this attorney to anyone.

The employees who assist in helping the unemployed and employers connect are nothing short of terrific. They are genuinely helpful and do whatever is in their power to find the right people for the job. This is the only employment department in Oregon that hasn't pissed me off! :)
