Over the years since I met Michael, I not only have gotten to know him as an attorney but also as a human being. Firstly, he promises nothing that he believes he cannot do. He tells you up front if a case has merit an if can help you or not. He does not candy coat the situation. He is not God and does not claim to be able to change what has occured nor will he ever manipulate the facts of the case. I have used J. Michagel Mogan on more than one occassion and always the end results are what he envisioned they would be. Yes, there times that a compromise had to be reached but it was always for the best. I have never been better represented. I will always discuss my legal issue with him first and if he is able to help me, he will say so. If he cannot help, he will refer the case to someone who can.
