After months of vague updates, their attorney, Michael McKarski, told me my case was "ready for litigation." That same day, he withdrew--without filing anything and without providing any transition support. What followed was worse. The "case file" I received was incomplete, missing over 100 internal communications, strategy notes, and documentation I later had to reconstruct myself. There was no written litigation plan, no summary of findings, and no effort made to preserve continuity. I sent multiple formal requests for clarity--copying senior partners, including Mark Altemose and Martin Cohen. None of them responded. No explanation. No follow-up.
