If I could give zero stars, I would. I have been dealing with Sam Feldman for over five years, and…read moreit has been nothing short of a nightmare. His incompetence and lack of follow-through have cost me endless time, stress, and money. He repeatedly claimed that essential documents--like my husband's retirement and pension statements--were "attached" in emails, but they never were. Instead, he sent irrelevant, generic pamphlets that had nothing to do with what was actually requested. This created years of unnecessary back-and-forth and stalled the entire legal process. What makes it worse is his complete disregard for communication. Emails from my lawyer often go ignored, and when he does respond, it's vague, misleading, or simply incorrect. I've been forced to keep paying my lawyer to chase after him for things he should have provided years ago. No client should ever have to beg for basic information or deal with such dishonesty from an attorney. His negligence has prevented my case from moving forward in a timely manner, and the burden he has created is beyond frustrating. I would not recommend Sam Feldman to anyone. He is unprofessional, careless, and has shown zero respect for the legal process or the people relying on him to do his job

My experience with Joseph was extremely disappointing. I…read morearrived early for my scheduled appointment, yet someone without an appointment was taken before me, causing my consultation to start late. The staff apologized multiple times for the delay. Before the appointment, I completed a detailed intake form explaining exactly why I was seeking legal advice. Since I was required to pay a $250 consultation fee upfront, I reasonably expected that information to be reviewed beforehand. Instead, one of the first questions I was asked was, "What are you here for?" As I attempted to explain my situation, Joseph repeatedly yawned and checked his phone during the consultation. I found this behavior dismissive and unprofessional. When someone is paying for your time and seeking legal guidance on an important matter, they deserve your full attention and respect. The consultation lasted less than 20 minutes, and I was told I did not appear to have a viable legal case. I understand that not every situation warrants legal action, and I would have accepted that conclusion if I felt my concerns had been carefully considered. Instead, I left with the impression that the consultation was rushed and that very little effort had been made to understand my circumstances. For those of us who work hard for our money, $250 is not an insignificant amount. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Joseph. If your matter is not a major, high-profile lawsuit, you may want to carefully consider whether this is the level of attention and professionalism you expect from legal counsel. I left feeling that collecting the consultation fee was a higher priority than providing a meaningful consultation.

Do not hire this attorney for anything related to tenant-landlord issues. This attorney wound up…read morecosting the landlord double to cost to evict the tenant due to the attorney not covering all his bases to stop tenant initiated continuances from being possible. The cost of the continued legal expenses while the attorney was learning how tenants fight the eviction process, and the continued loss of rental income and damage to the property is all due to this attorney's negligence. This attorney is rude, does not listen to landlord concerns and inputs, does not give any recommendations on how to protect landlord interests while awaiting district court trial, and arrogant in not handling criticism of his very poor performance. The guy comes across as a bully to the client. Do not think he will be a bully with the opposing counsel because he will not. What should have been a simple, by the books eviction wound up being a nightmare due to this attorney.
