I paid a retainer and filing fee upfront and for over a year, nothing was done. No filings, no communication, and no progress on my case whatsoever. After multiple attempts to get answers, I finally demanded accountability and filed a complaint with the PA BAR. Eventually, they claimed to send me a refund for the court filing, but the check they issued was bogus and it bounced. To date, I am still out hundreds of dollars, and I've had to start over with a new attorney. In my experience, this was the most unprofessional and unethical legal representation in the Lehigh Valley. I would strongly caution anyone considering this firm. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, look elsewhere.

Instead, one of the first questions I was asked was, "What are you here for?" As I attempted to explain my situation, Joseph repeatedly yawned and checked his phone during the consultation. I found this behavior dismissive and unprofessional. When someone is paying for your time and seeking legal guidance on an important matter, they deserve your full attention and respect. The consultation lasted less than 20 minutes, and I was told I did not appear to have a viable legal case.
