I've asked him legal questions before so I already knew he'd be able to give me some really good advice, but the service he was able to provide me and an employee was amazing. And the cost was minimal compared to other offices I've looked up in the area. Before asking him for a consult regarding our concern, I actually asked around to see what he's been doing and from what I'm told he's been a great service to his community. If you're in search of an immigration lawyer I highly recommend him.

Mr. Deratzian never filed my case until 19 months after I hired him. He never pursued a whistleblower suit but he should have. I was naive and believed I had no whistleblower case as he told me so. Anyway he forced me to settle out of court and then sued me for 1,000 dollars to cover the coat of my deposition. I won that case. Deratzian is a total loser . Then you find out a younger, incredibly less experienced, unwitting and arrogant man by the name of Daniel Hunter is now going to be representing you. Communication with Daniel was similar to speaking with a 5th grader. He would not listen and became defensive when you asked a question. I now know why - he did not know the answer, instead he chose to reply with some cocksure "that's what I do" answer. Daniel proved himself lazy, incompetent yet overconfident which resulted in FAILING MISERABLY. Someone should take a serious look at his credentials. You are better off PRO-SE than being fooled into paying $7000 for (2) PFA violations. Might I add, both violations were on the same court date, so it's also a racket to charge $3500 per violation especially when ZERO WORK WAS DONE in the defense of this matter. ABSOLUTELY, absurdly, NOTHING. NOT ONE THING except act like a little bitch on the phone with me and make unwarranted snide remarks to my brother. He showed up at the hearing, wearing a weird looking trench coat is that what I was charged for? SHAME ON YOU KITAY LAW OFFICES not only for the bait and switch sales tactics but for hiring an absolutely useless attorney to work at your firm. You should be embarrassed. The only thing Ken Kitay + firm are zealously advocating for is the right to STEAL money and screw over people who are already in a difficult place with a legal situation. So thanks a lot for making it worse Ken, Daniel + Ryan. Yet you consider yourselves "the law firm with a heart" gimme a break, you only proved the exact opposite. I could continue with examples of my dissatisfaction, however Kitay Law Office has already wasted enough of my time. ZERO STARS
