Since the damage on the extra chair was on front and very noticeable, I requested a discount on the that chair price. Was told by the salesman the manager had to call me on Monday for that. He did, late Monday afternoon, and took the stance that he had already discounted it some and that was all he would do. They lost a sale of 5 other pcs of furniture over not wanting to work with me over a damaged piece. I went back 3 weeks later just to see and the set was still there. I am fully aware that one 4k sale is not going to make or break this business but it should matter.
