On 2/13/26 I took my dog for a routine grooming. I have been a customer for about 2 years. The groomer completely cut off my dog's dew claw on one of her legs. Part of her paw pad was cut off AS WELL. They called me and told me that the groom would be free of charge due to the incident. REALLY?! They didn't even finish the service so of course it should have been free! They asked did I want to have them meet me at a vet or did I want to pick her up.... TAKE my bleeding dog to the vet! Why are you even asking me this?! I requested for the owner to call me and still have not heard from them. My dog is recovering but she is completely traumatized by this experience. I have never seen my dog tremble, bleed or cry this much in the 12 years I've had her. I am more so disappointed that there has been NO FOLLOW UP or explanation as to how this happened. What a fun doggie shop! They have a killer retail area, doggie bakery & grooming. I've heard good things about their grooming, but my review is for their retail area & bakery. They have a great selection of everything you could want for your dog: leashes, collars, harnesses, shampoo, conditioner, party hats, food/water bowls, clothes, treats, food, etc... I was interested in their sale rack which was 50% off some great hoodies! I also can rave about their bakery! My dogs are picky & they loved the 2 treats: turkey meatballs & liver brownies. Hello, if you love your pet, do not take them to "SMOOTY PETS." I took my Pomeranian "Mia" for a full grooming service: haircut, nail trimming, ear cleaning, and anal gland expression, as they advertise. Nothing out of the ordinary--just the standard service you would expect from any grooming salon. I dropped her off at 10:38 a.m., and they told me it would take 3 to 4 hours. However, at 11:27 a.m., they called to say she was ready. That means they supposedly completed everything, including drying, in just 49 minutes. They even wanted me to pay before showing me the result. I asked them to bring Mia out, and when they did, I asked how she behaved. They said she was "very good." When I got home and inspected her more carefully, I noticed the following: She still had dried wet food stuck in two areas on her chest, exactly as before I took her in. Her paws were still dirty, especially at the base. Her nails were barely trimmed. The haircut was very uneven, clearly done by someone with no experience grooming Pomeranians. Her ears were not cleaned. I cannot confirm whether the anal glands were expressed, but I seriously doubt it. It is obvious there is no quality control and no concern for the work performed. It feels like they are only interested in collecting money for a service they did not actually provide. Truly unacceptable. Of course, I will not be returning. I do not want to expose my pet to possible mistreatment by unprofessional staff. I do not recommend this place to anyone who truly cares about their pet's well-being. read more

Found this place after trying Joy per K Lee. Walked in and was promptly greeted by Stephanie. The place is bright and absolutely adorable. I asked about cat treats and she did have some tuna bites. $3 is a steal compared to some of the treats spoiled sir eats and sometimes snubs. Stephanie has a cute selection of hats and accessories, a full grooming shop, an in house bakery! Shampoos and products and my favorite (besides the bakery) is the birthday Photo Booth area. We were so shocked to know she's been doing this for 25 years! And in this location for 20! I'm still impressed with the fact that she's got a whole axx bakery and makes everything in house! Impressive! They also groom cats! Brought the man home some treats. Sadly Stephanie is about 30 mins away, and I get sang the song of his ppl on his 10 or so min ride to the spa he's been going to for years. I am writing this review to share our family's recent experience at this pet spa. We brought our 10-year-old dog in for grooming, and when we picked her up, she was unable to walk normally on her front paw (we carried her out). We were not given a clear explanation about what happened, which was very upsetting and concerning for us. We took her to our veterinarian immediately, and they found that her paw was fractured. During that exam, we also learned she has an underlying cancer condition, and the medical recommendation is now amputation. Because of her age and quality-of-life concerns, our family is now facing the heartbreaking decision to put her down -- something especially difficult during Thanksgiving. I understand accidents can happen, but I wish the communication from the spa had been more transparent and supportive during such a serious situation. This has been an incredibly painful experience for our family, and I hope sharing it encourages greater care and honesty with future clients. read more

I've been coming here for years for my dogs birthday cakes, and it shrunk in size this year for $5 more (now $25) I don't want to say they lost their touch because the cakes still look adorable, but I think I'll need to learn how to make it myself moving forward or find another pet store. The lady that helped me wasn't very hospitable at all, she hardly made eye contact which made me feel invisible- so that's what contributes to these 3 stars. They nail the look we want for our dogs. I usually request the Bichon Frise look and it is definitely a hard one to do. Add to this, my mom's Bichon is extremely nappy after 3 weeks but Snooty Pets knows how to make him look like a show dog! He comes home happy. At other grooming places, he would come home depressed. They always provide bows for female dogs or a bandana for male dogs. A few years back, the prices were reasonable but have since gone up slightly. It's alright though since they make their dog treats in-house and even offer vegan dog treats! However, for your dog, you must get them the Turkey balls. Your dogs will love it. They also have a photo op spot, sell merchandise such as dog collars, clothes, tags, among other items. Give them a shot! You won't be disappointed. I also recommended it to a friend prior and she was livid on the service ...i was so embarrassed! It was my Fur babys 5th Barkday. I wanted to make it extra special because he's never had a Barkday Pawty ever since I rescued him. I read Doggie Cake reviews on Yelp for several days before deciding on trying Snooty Pets. I called to place my order for a 4" peanut butter cake. I ordered it for the next day, pick-up at 10am. This was my first visit to Snooty Pets. I had my fur baby with me in his dog carrier. I walked in, there was a lady at the register. She said nothing. I stopped to look at the pawty hats and found a cute one for my baby. This other woman walked around the counter, looked at me and said nothing. I said Hi. I walked up to the counter and asked the woman standing there if I could leave the hat on the counter while I looked around. I found a Birthday bandana, two toys and I chose a few gourmet treats from their refrigerated case. I told the girl that I ordered a cake. It was cute. Just what I ordered. I wish the bone as a different color but it was cute. I asked if the cake needed to be refrigerated because there were no instructions given about how to care for the cake. Overall: Doggie cake was nicely made and very cute. Some missing icing on the side. 4/5 Selection of items: 4/5 Customer Service 1/5 I was surprised at the lack of customer service especially because this was my first visit there. I needed to get my moms dogs nails clipped and filed smooth while I was visiting her. I looked on Yelp (I always do when needing recommendations) and found this place close to her. They took both dogs in right away and they have glass windows where you can watch them groom if you want, which I appreciated. They were quick and their nails were great. I started taking my beloved maltipoo, my daughter to Natasha back in 2014. I can't thank Natasha enough for always taking care of her. She always came out looking amazing. She was spotless from head to toe and always nicely trimmed. In the past two years she was gentle with her as my girl's health was declining. I would always bill with Natasha. A couple months ago was the last time Natasha groommed her. Natasha took extra measures to give my girl a gentle hair cut and overall a very gentle grooming experience. Me and my baby Romeo love Snooty Pets. We traveled all the way from Lake Las Vegas to experience some world class snootiness. Romeo got a full service cut and I added on his teeth brushing. We brush his teeth every night. I thought it would be good to have someone more experienced give him a good polish too. He loved his many treats so much. There was a liver treat that looks like brownies. Some sort of long ropes looking chew that he devoured. He had one cupcake for breakfast today because it's his birthday. He loved it. He actually growled at me when I tried to pick up the mess. He never growls at me so I think that means he loved it. I love that Snooty Pets is truly a one stop shop. I came in twice in the same day. I had to take a phone call and so I left the store. I sat in the parking lot so I could come back and shop some more. I scored a light weight Raiders Jersey that fit him perfectly. Knicked my dog; Not taking responsibility !! Been going here for over 2 years and never had any problems. 1 month ago after my dogs last appt we saw that our dog was licking his paw. Didn't think too much of it because he does lick his paws sometimes. 2 1/2 weeks later we started seeing that he was licking constantly. Finally made an appt and saw a vet. Vet dug around a little and saw a cut on our dogs paw. Vet said "Groomer must've nicked him during his appointment" Little hard to see but it was there. Took him home with a cone and antibiotics. Contacted this place and they did not want to take responsibility! Because it was a couple weeks after the appt, They asked us why we didn't say something sooner.. Because we didn't know!! Asked for them to at least cover the vet bills. But because of how long we've waited, though we didn't know, they won't do anything. We know the cut wasn't from home. We take him out on walks with boots on. He even has them on in the backyard because his paws get dirty fast. So it's very unlikely that he was injured at home.. It's too bad. Our dog has come to LOVE his groomer and this place in general. If they would do something we wouldn't mind bringing him back because he loves the place so much.. But after being here for almost 3 years we just expected more with this situation. read more

I recently took my 2dogs and the customer service was great. They took them back immediately and called me in about 3-4 hours to let me know they were ready. When I picked them up the cuts were so cute!!! They did a great job. But when I took them home my dog started acting very strange he was scared to poop and go outside and he kept licking his belly. I finally got a look and the groomers had cut him, cut him deep and about 1.5cm in length!!!! No one told me anything!!! My dog has major anxiety issues and suffers from fly biting. I had his symptoms down and he was finally free of his anxieties until this. I will NEVER be taking them back! Response to comment: you don't have to explain what it is. I have taken my dog to many groomers over the years and this never happened before and it shouldn't have happened and when it did someone should have mentioned it to me. It is a cut.
