The original driveway had been installed by another contractor with an extremely inadequate base, and it had deteriorated badly over time. From the very first meeting, Lyle impressed us with his professionalism, knowledge, and transparent approach. His quote clearly outlined every step of the job, including: * Removal of all asphalt and excavation to a depth of 16 inches * Placement of 12 inches of ¾" traffic bond stone, compacted and leveled every 4 inches * Application of stone dust for the final grade * Installation of Bestway Travista 80 Smooth pavers in Glacier Creek, with a Shale Grey border, aluminum edging, and 10" spikes * Polymeric sand used to fill and seal all joints * A new landing area with a Bestway Park wall and a beautiful 6-foot granite grey step * Careful grading to match the side yard walkway * Installation of a 4" PVC drain pipe to route downspout water away from the driveway, foundation, and yard Every detail was handled flawlessly.
