We traveled a long way from home with the intention of buying work shoes, but the customer service was extremely disappointing. We politely asked to use the restroom, and the employee responded with a rude attitude, saying that the restroom was for employees only -- even though we were paying customers. Despite coming here ready to make a purchase, we received absolutely no assistance from the staff. Instead of helping customers, the employees were simply standing around talking to each other. Overall, the experience felt unwelcoming and disrespectful. I would not recommend this store if you expect basic customer service and professionalismf

A sales associate named Malinda T helped my family, and I just want to recognize how kind, patient, and genuinely caring she was--especially with my three special needs sons. She didn't rush us, she made my kids feel comfortable, and she truly went above and beyond. That kind of compassion is rare and it meant a lot to me as a parent. I hope management sees this because she is an incredible employee and deserves recognition. Thank you, Malinda!

I walked into this footlocker browsing for a very long time, as I was shopping for a gift i was…read moreindecisive on what to buy. A sales associate offered to help me order a pair of Nike cream pants to match a sweater from Abercrombie. I was unsure and grabbed a pair of socks to make a different gift in the even that I did not order the pants. I decided to order the pants and as I was approaching the register the sales associate that was "helping" me asked me "where are the socks?" I replied "I put them back" she replied "where? I didn't see you put them back". Shirt and sweet the associate accused me of stealing a pair of socks in a passive aggressive manner. While at the register I decided not to make my purchase based off of this event. I advise to not shop at this foot locker. The associate was a middle aged woman, the only older woman working there. She was rude, accused me aggressively and I reported her to customer service and her regional manager. I hope a retrain is in progress because accusing someone without evidence can lead to legal repercussions for both the associate and footlocker. I thank customer service for listening to me and accommodating me. Footlocker has lost a customer .

For that reason alone, it's worth it to me to drive to a store like this so I can try on different pairs in different sizes. Bargain seekers may look elsewhere if you have a tight budget. Most shoes I saw for ladies were in the $40 and up range.

I was definitely impressed with their men's selection including their t-shirts, jeans, and accessories. It was difficult NOT to buy something because it's right there, and on sale! And man was there a lot of clearance stuff. I guess people don't shop when they're flying? the store was clean and the associates where very friendly. Not that I would fly somewhere JUST to shop somewhere, but if I ever find myself in Philadelphia again, I'm going to more than likely stop in this Gap and see what they have inside.

The zipper gave out. I was frustrated, but I'm a regular at Old Navy and I believe in their consistent good customer service. I took the bag back this past weekend to explain my dilemma to management. I did not want my money back, because I really love the bag. This bag easily accommodates at least two outfits, a laptop, make up bag, a pair of shoes, and chargers. I love it! I wanted to exchange the bag. They were more than happy to make an even exchange, however they did not have the black colored bag at the Gloucester location. They were MORE than willing to call nearby stores and locate my bag. When I arrived at the Cherry Hill Mall location and explained how I was referred there, they knew exactly who I was....and why I was there....absolutely outstanding customer service. The line moved quickly, I was "in" and "out." Smiles all around! I love Old Navy.
