They are really flexible to work with on what day and time you need, and the day before each cleaning, I also get a reminder text. After the first cleaning, I came home and there was a checklist on the counter informing me of everything they've done. There was also a cute gift basket on the counter filled with mini cleaning supplies thanking me for becoming a customer. How thoughtful! I didn't even need the checklist, however, as all I needed to do was walk through the house to see how awesome it looked. And side note, on the weeks they don't come, I have still yet to figure out how they can get the stove looking so much cleaner than I can... but I suppose that's why I hired people like them. Really appreciate the customer service on top of the great rate. I was hesitant to bring in a service every so often as I am one of those 'why pay someone when you can do it yourself' type people but it has freed up much of my time and helped solve the bickering between the boy and myself about the cleaning. Well worth the money!

Icing on the cake was the garbage bag they left out on our driveway because I guess they didn't want to put it in the trash bin? We were then immediately invoiced by the company, which included window cleaning that was not done. In fact, the window panes in our house were more dirty and smudged than before they came because they dont use actual glass cleaner! Just a wet rag. Do not book them.

I am thrilled with the job Guardian South did- they went above and beyond in every way. The cleaning team was prompt, friendly, and super organized- they all wore masks, gloves, and shoe covers, which was appreciated. Their deep clean leaves no stone unturned- every item on every shelf was removed and cleaned. I am looking forward to using them again for more regular cleanings and recommend them without hesitation. Thanks so much!

They have a lot of add-ons on the website so you can customize your cleaning based upon your needs such as bed making, laundry, and blinds. For example- taking out trash and cleaning toilets. Maybe cleaning toilets does not include the seat where you actually sit your booty every day. She actually left a full trash can. Frankly, I think the cleaning service business is somewhat of a money grab. Only those with a nasty house could be okay with receiving mediocre service. I think these companies do just enough to make it look like they have cleaned. Or, perhaps the cleaners feel I deserve to be taken advantage of because I dared to try and hire hel p. Maybe they only think stressed out women with kids, a lazy husband, and nasty pets need someone to help them occasionally. But, since that's not my life I guess they feel it's okay to come into my home, do a half-ass job, and get paid for it. I have learned a very great lesson. Cleaning companies are just not for me.
