While I found that Lauren is an incredibly busy woman and sometimes hard to get a hold of (because she's so good at what she does) when it comes to crunch time, she does a beautiful job, is a delight to work with and goes above and beyond at making sure you are happy with the end result. I went back for my appointment on a busy Saturday morning and it was obvious that the staff knew everyone. It has a lovely atmosphere. After checking I was sure I really wanted the chop - they helped me by braiding my hair for the donation and cutting it off. I then got the usual wash and cut treatment and I totally love the style Ciara gave me. Wash, cut and blowdry is normally 35, which is great value. When I went to pay they knocked ten euro off the price to contribute to my donation, which I thought was the soundest thing.
