After 3 days without the vehicle, they told me I needed a $2,100 repair for my rear evaporator coil. I took it for a second opinion to another car mechanic business. They filled it with Freon (it was low) and said bring it back when it gets warm again. The vehicle is still blowing ice cold three weeks later. No leak, and no rear evaporator coil leak. I paid less than $200 for the Freon top off and Ron Carter was going to charge $2,100... AND ... who knows if they were even planning on changing the part... would they have topped it off with Freon and charged me the $2,100? Shady.

STAY AWAY Management of this dealership should be evaluated by ownership. My experience the sales staff was pleasant and helpful, however I cannot say the same about treatment from their management team. I called on vehicle that was to be added to my companies fleet, communicated with finance I would be paying cash for the vehicle. They first sent over the buyers order in which I noticed a $3k charge for "reliance protection plant" along with other discretionary fees. I understand the car sales game, attract customers with low prices online then stick fees in at the last second to raise their margin. These fees are hidden to the masses as "it is only $42 / month on your note. As a cash buyer this came out to 8% increase on the total vehicle cost, I requested finance to remove it. They agreed to cut the fee by 70% making it somewhat more palatable, so we agreed and they began drawing docs up. I prepared my wire for payment and booked a local shop to install back up alarm for the delivery day as we needed the truck on site asap. I found out on the day of the proposed delivery that the manager had sold the vehicle out from under me and the salesman to an unsuspecting customer that I am sure he swindled with the "its only $42 / month more on your note"

I recently purchased a 2021 Hyundai Santa Fe (31k mi). So, I hope this review helps out anyone…read moreconsidering buying a vehicle at AutoBoutique.  I came in on 7/4/24 and this was my first time ever even hearing about AutoBoutique. I was looking for a Santa Fe (2021-23) and the popped up on Facebook. I was shocked by the price to milage ratio on this vehicle ($20.5K:31K mi). But I figured I would go and look. Once I got there I kinda lucked out on the fact that it was a fourth of July celebration. There were hot dogs, snacks and all kinds of treats.  Pretty cool. The receptionist greeted me and took my info (for a test drive), Shortly after I was greeted by Anthony Pantoja. We sat down and he found the vehicle that I was looking at online and got the keys for my test drive. Anthony was very honest and told me there was a crack in the windshield and sunroof that was scheduled to be repaired. I drove the Santa Fe and I kept calm, but I was loving it!! Yeah, I wanted this!!! After the drive I sat with Anthony and went over the Carfax. Full disclosure showed that the vehicle had a collision on the front driver's side and yes, the airbag was deployed.  Anthony was honest about this and said it was repaired and certified. This explains the low mileage.  Next came the financing and rates.  I really took a deep breath on this but kinda surprisingly... Pablo the Sales manager and Brandi in finance worked out a great deal. So, I signed and noted the windshield and sunroof. I left the vehicle there for repairs. Sounds good? Well, here is where it got sticky (NOT due to AutoBoutique). Houston was hit by Hurricane Beryl. This caused a massive shutdown all over and flooding.  This also caused a delay in my windshield repair. However, Brandi, Pablo, Anthony and now Juan...kept on it to get it done. Eventually I went to follow up in person and Juan in service said that I can take the vehicle home and they would come to me (the windshield repair is 3rd party).  Ok, I did. Annnnnd more rain. Since they could not repair it in the rain (I only have covered parking) it had to be brought to them. It was and voila!! Next, I took it to the Hyundai dealership to have it inspected. The vehicle passed easily. The final test was a road trip from Houston to Dallas (800mi round trip). Again, passed with flying colors with no issues. I would definitely recommend AutoBoutique for your next vehicle. And this was during a Hurricane!!
