When we arrived, we found out that the whole side of the car had been keyed and had multiple damages. The photos online showed the good side only. None of this was stated upfront as we would have never stepped foot in here. I would never purchase from this dealership as they will lie to get you into the door in hopes that you will purchase any way.

But noticed they had a Buick Lacrosse online and I wanted my honey to feel the difference in the ride between the two. Of course I explained that to Koy, but he didn't mind. He let me drive two. No pressure, he was just as helpful as he could be. The one thing my "red" car didn't have was smooth Buick ride. (Plus the blind spot and moon roof.) They had another Lacrosse on the lot that was loaded, but I had three concerns... then David Pattie stepped outside heard what was going on and addressed the problems. Takes a lot for me to change my mind but I did. Kuddos to Koy, David, and even Randy. I am one very happy new Lacrosse owner. Just a side note. I actually read the reviews to this location after I received service. I didn't do it on purpose…read morebut I was glad that I waited and seen the service for myself. The staff are amazing! Very hands on with customer service support. The manager I encountered at the time explained the ideology of each Nissan creates a different account to earn reward points. I was grateful he shared that information because I was under the impression I had been earning reward points all together , not separately. Over all my interaction with staff was good. I received a basic oil change. Now what I will say is , this location is a little more expensive than expected but the service was fast and I was in and out in less than thirty minutes. I know Mr. Lee would be proud of his staff making good impressions.!

I recently purchased a 2021 Hyundai Santa Fe (31k mi). So, I hope this review helps out anyone…read moreconsidering buying a vehicle at AutoBoutique.  I came in on 7/4/24 and this was my first time ever even hearing about AutoBoutique. I was looking for a Santa Fe (2021-23) and the popped up on Facebook. I was shocked by the price to milage ratio on this vehicle ($20.5K:31K mi). But I figured I would go and look. Once I got there I kinda lucked out on the fact that it was a fourth of July celebration. There were hot dogs, snacks and all kinds of treats.  Pretty cool. The receptionist greeted me and took my info (for a test drive), Shortly after I was greeted by Anthony Pantoja. We sat down and he found the vehicle that I was looking at online and got the keys for my test drive. Anthony was very honest and told me there was a crack in the windshield and sunroof that was scheduled to be repaired. I drove the Santa Fe and I kept calm, but I was loving it!! Yeah, I wanted this!!! After the drive I sat with Anthony and went over the Carfax. Full disclosure showed that the vehicle had a collision on the front driver's side and yes, the airbag was deployed.  Anthony was honest about this and said it was repaired and certified. This explains the low mileage.  Next came the financing and rates.  I really took a deep breath on this but kinda surprisingly... Pablo the Sales manager and Brandi in finance worked out a great deal. So, I signed and noted the windshield and sunroof. I left the vehicle there for repairs. Sounds good? Well, here is where it got sticky (NOT due to AutoBoutique). Houston was hit by Hurricane Beryl. This caused a massive shutdown all over and flooding.  This also caused a delay in my windshield repair. However, Brandi, Pablo, Anthony and now Juan...kept on it to get it done. Eventually I went to follow up in person and Juan in service said that I can take the vehicle home and they would come to me (the windshield repair is 3rd party).  Ok, I did. Annnnnd more rain. Since they could not repair it in the rain (I only have covered parking) it had to be brought to them. It was and voila!! Next, I took it to the Hyundai dealership to have it inspected. The vehicle passed easily. The final test was a road trip from Houston to Dallas (800mi round trip). Again, passed with flying colors with no issues. I would definitely recommend AutoBoutique for your next vehicle. And this was during a Hurricane!!

They knew I wasn't paying attention because it was so late and I was ready to go. I even asked the finance lady why it was so inflated she stated it was the interest rate. I did not realize their deceptive practices until Capital One added my auto loan to my banking app and I seen the total owed. SCAMMERS.

Turns out the back hatch window had been shattered and they left all the broken glass in the hack to make noise every time the car moved.
