She told me she would follow up with my by the end of the week. When I hadn't heard back on that following Monday, I reached out and have been totally ghosted. If a Candidate was 10 minutes late to a phone interview and then ghosted the Recruiter, they would be faulted and not recommended for a role for subpar skills. Really gross double standard. My advice would be to go through a different staffing agency who actually cares about forming relationships with the "talent" they love to have. Lots of other, better competition in the area.
