First off, we tried to order 18 blizzards for three families but the black lady didn't even let us finish ordering and said "just pull up to the window." After they gave us 13 out of the 18 ice creams with no carriers or lids for the ice creams, the black lady closes the window and starts taking another order while we were still at the window, waiting for the rest of our order. After the lady takes the other order, she opens the window again so I ask for a receipt for the order since we didn't get all of our order. She continues to say no because she already took the order behind us and they can't go back to get the receipt. Mind you they only gave us 13 out of the 18 blizzards while charging us for all 18 and now they aren't letting us get the receipt to check if we got all of our blizzards that we paid for.
