After seeing 9 doctors and specialists within 12…read moremonths, I was ready to give up on the idea that there were any medical professionals left who would care to help me, let alone just listen to me before making medical decisions. Prior to my first appointment, I made the decision that Complete Family Wellness would be my last attempt at finding a medical professional to help me. The owner, and my provider Helen Muchow FNP-BC, FPA, APRN, MSN, changed my quality of life from 5% to 80% in my FIRST visit. We are currently working on the other 20% (mostly due to medical insurance roadblocks). Helen was not only professional, but actually LISTENED to every word I was saying, then took that information and developed a care plan WITH me, instead of just telling me what to do and sending me on my way with a prescription. I've been seeing Helen for over a year now, and her quality of care has not changed, even as she has taken over her staff's caseload as she is on maternity leave. I was a medical provider myself, so I understand the back-end (billing, insurance, etc). She does not rush through my appointment, like every other doctor/specialist I've seen, just to be able to see more patients in a day= more $$= $$ above "doing no harm." Most insurance companies will pay a higher rate for the first 15 minutes of an appointment, and a lower rate is paid for any time over 15 minutes. Helen takes the time to get her job done- above and beyond! Complete Family Wellness also has an on-site lab, so most standard blood work, and other labs can be done right away, during your appointment. Did I mention? Complete Family Wellness also has MOBILE services! They will come to you, in the comfort of your own home. Additionally, Helen is a veteran and accepts military insurance (Tricare West), which many providers do not accept due to Tricare's very low rates- yet another way she demonstrates how dedicated she is in helping people, and not treating us like cogs. On top of all this, Complete Family Wellness's staff are professional, very prompt in responding to any problems that come up between appointments, and make you feel like you matter!

Office manager Anne W. is a piece of work. She lied to and about me, called police to my house…read more(huh???) and blocked me on the patient portal for many hours. Even my insurance company says they've never dealt with anyone like her. Sadly, I fear my FPN Jamie Basten also did not have my wellbeing in mind judging from her unresponsiveness to my medication needs. Helen is a no go, too. I cannot have MRIs because of my pacemaker so an ex ray had to suffice. After an examination, it was determined a hip replacement was required. Covid has not made scheduling surgery a simple task so an appointment was made for August 8. The pain became unbearable so I begged to move it up. Denise, the Dr's right hand woman jumped thru hoops to move the surgery to July 27. On July 22, my old appendix decided it was time to go so instead getting a new hip, I lost an organ! This delayed the replacement until 9/9. I cannot say enough about Dr. Hall and his staff. Not only did he do a splendid job on my hip, he relieved gout in my foot and elbow, shoulder pain and recently knee pain. He is kind, straightforward, dedicated and an all around awesome man. 2020 has been a pretty crazy year for all of us. If you're in pain and need excellent care, Dr. Hall and his wonderful staff will provide the best possible. I've never spent more than 10 minutes waiting which is almost unheard of in today's world.

I have been a patient of Dr. Short's for over 10 years and he has treated me for a variety of foot…read moreissues including one surgery. He is relaxed, yet knowledgeable. He offers conservative treatment first before something more aggressive which I appreciate. He is personable and humorous. I trust his medical judgement which is of utmost importance to me. The one area I would like to see improved is the wait time at the office. I usually have to allow more time in my calendar to see him because often, but not always, you are not seen within 15 minutes of your appointment time. It makes it hard to schedule the rest of your morning or afternoon.

The maximum amount of medication she was able to prescribe just wasn't enough to control my pain. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a caring doctor willingly to go above and beyond to help you control your pain. I don't have pain management now and would be so grateful should she agree to help me again. You can't go wrong if lucky enough to have her take you as a patient.

I have had 2 appointments with Dr. Murphy. First appointment was strange. I was told he could…read moresqueeze me in within the hour, which was great since I was in extreme pain. When I arrived, I was basically told to go to a different clinic for an xray and that I wouldn't receive treatment until he viewed the xray. He never treated me that day. He did, however, talk for 30 minutes about how he woke up with his daughter in the middle of the night to see a specific recent meteor shower or something similar... this turned into another story about his personal history with ADHD and how he loved his experience with ancentry.com? He went on and on and on for 30 minutes, while I sat there in extreme pain? Little did I know that he would charge me for this appointment later? For what? To listen to him drone on and on about personal stories? I went to get my xray and saw him the next day. He treated me with a traditional alignment, after explaining to me what he saw on my xray... for 20 minutes! This man doesn't know how to stop talking. During the treatment (which took 5 minutes) and for the following additional 20 minutes, he told me stories about seeing a shooting star with his father-in-law while camping in Montana. In the middle of the story, he started yelling about seagulls he could see out his window on the roof across the street at Gateway. He then literally, yelled, "squirrel!" as a reference to a line in the Disney Up movie, referring to a person who is easily distracted. I was ready to go and wanted it to stop when I stood up and politely said I should get going, with my hand on the door knob... he says, "wait! don't you want to hear the end of my story about the shooting star in Montana?" Really? I think this man just likes to hear his own voice. I was finally released and was told, by the receptionist, that I owed for both appointments, even though the previous appointment only consisted of story telling. Never again! I don't doubt that he knows what he's doing, as a chiropractor. When I left, my back ache had improved by almost 70-80%! That IS why I went, after all. I just don't like the charge for a visit without any treatment and the constant talking while I'm sitting there in apparent pain. Very strange experience. Update: My mom was also a patient here. Although she used Medicare for payment and paid for 2 copays, she received another $200+ bill 8 months after the appointment. After calling and asking for an explanation, she was told this was a separate "initial patient fee" that everyone pays on their first appointment. She questioned why they didn't tell her this upfront so she could pay it 8 months previously or at least be prepared before her appointment. After a few phone discussions, the Dr., himself, told her not to worry about that fee and that he waive it completely. Now, 6 months later, she receives another bill for that $200+ initial patient fee. She called to remind them that the Dr. waived this fee. They are argumentative and do not believe what she is saying and insisting that she pay, so she did. This isn't right. The billing is unorganized and unclear and empty promises are made about waiving fees.

BEWARE OF THIS PRACTICE - I saw Dr. Richards for a few years…read more Sadly, this has come to an end. They hide fees, don't tell you extra fees up front. I went in for any eye exam and extra testing. At the emd of my visit, I asked for my prescription for my glasses, she would NOT give it to me. She told me I would have to pay 30.00$. I said absolutely NOT. I just paid them a 50.00$ co- pay. AND, they proceeded then to tell me my vision check up is NOT covered under medical OR my vision insurance, because they are surgeons. SO, BEWARE OF THAT CHARGE. I did some research, and it is AGAINST THE LAW for them to not release your prescription/or charge you for it. I have filed claims with the BBB Federal Trade Commission Lisa Madigan's office My health insurance company. THIS office cannot make up any rule they want, their are guidelines. I asked when this rule started and she stated July 2017. Never did I recieve any mailing on this. Their seems to be a lot of seniors that go here, I wonder how many of them, they screwed out of 30$. 1 week aftee I had my office visit with Dr. Richards, I received a letter from her stating, she no longer wants me as a patient. PRETTY CRAPPY, on their end. Its fine, their are plenty more doctors out their who run an honest practice.

They both assured me that he needed to see me. $25 and 3 minutes in the exam room I walked out just to be told he was changing my perscription. I went to a new doctor and we have now waited 1 month and still have not seen my requested medical records. you've been warned.

Dr. Haider treats my husband and he is by far the best doctor there is out there. Check out the google reviews, people love him. I have never met a doctor who cares more about patients.
