I ordered shoes from this store and unfortunately received a shoe that was already damaged upon arrival. (#EU876806) I contacted customer service immediately and provided photos. Instead of offering a clear solution, I was told that I first need to return the product, which again costs me time and effort for a mistake that was clearly not mine. Why would I need to return the shoes? It's not like they can sell a broken shoe to someone else. For a defective item, I expect a customer-friendly resolution, not additional work for the customer. This experience has seriously lowered my trust in this company's service. read more

Sneakersnstuff is a really cool store. I spotted it while walking along with my friend. He asked if I needed shoes and I said I always need shoes! First you need the money and to feel like trying them on. I just didn't want to take the time while my visitor waited. The employees are welcoming and the merchandise looks absolutely awesome. Great venue. I recommend getting the app for sneaker purchases and entries. Folks here are really cool, and the space is clean and in a very well known area. They also have the SNS lounge which is a bar lounge downstairs that had great cokctails and people working, highly recommend going in to experience. read more

These people don't stand by their merchandise. I purchased Nike sneakers that broke after a week. They told me to take it up with ...Nike. Why would you spend your money at this store than if you can buy it directly from Nike, Reebok, NB and be able to get your cash back if something goes wrong? This store lures customers with nice decor but you need to be vary aware. This is the second and last time I bought low quality merchandise there, Lesson finally learned. Go somewhere else. In addition to poor customer service, these people are also liars. As told, I called Nike, got my return on its way, but I was told by Nike, that store can and should do it for me. This way I don't need to pay for shipping and I got credit right away. So, keep this in mind as well. read more

I respect the fact that stores have to try and keep things hush hush or whatever but that shouldn't fully take away from the experience of the store walk in. Immediately when approaching the door security is hostile as if you can't come in unless you answer 21 questions. Not everyone is reselling respectfully and sometimes we actually like the shop. I really felt discriminated against and I need to know how would you feel..I went to pick up the raffle that I won ,close to closing time. They checked my I'd and email. Then they brought the sneakers up and refused my form of payment. I don't understand why does your business owns a credit card machine if they aren't allowed to use it. I do not recommend purchasing anything from this company via their online website. The majority of the merchandise is shipped from Sweden. If you want to return it you must ship it back to Sweden. The problem is, it needs to be shipped to a PO Box. Therefore, you have to ship via the USPS. In order for it to be trackable you will need to pay $65+. If you want to roll the dice and send it untraceable it will still be at a cost of $35+. These return shipping costs are not worth the cost of the product. It makes no sense that the company would require you to ship back to Sweden when they do have stores and warehouses located in the USA. This company is not USA friendly!! read more
