I've come across this location a few months ago and couldn't help but to be hooked. They have everything you're looking for and being located within the meat packing district makes for a wonderful shopping experience, both Omari & Eddie have been very helpful with anything I've asked about. Great people, shopping experience and prices on all products. SNS is one store I'd recommend to everyone. Peter.A read more

They won't let me exchange the size of my shoes, they won't even reply to my emails. Been trying to get in contact with them for a week, wrote to at least 3 different email addresses, and I only got an automated response saying they couldn't find my order, with the order number they provided... read more

Ordered a pair of sneakers from their website and never received them. Contacted them and was told that UPS has them as delivered. Which I replied that the picture that UPS has as proof was not of my address. Never heard back from them. I've contacted UPS and they agreed that it was delivered to the wrong address. I gave this company this information and have yet heard back from them. read more

I ordered shoes from this store and unfortunately received a shoe that was already damaged upon arrival. (#EU876806) I contacted customer service immediately and provided photos. Instead of offering a clear solution, I was told that I first need to return the product, which again costs me time and effort for a mistake that was clearly not mine. Why would I need to return the shoes? It's not like they can sell a broken shoe to someone else. For a defective item, I expect a customer-friendly resolution, not additional work for the customer. This experience has seriously lowered my trust in this company's service. read more

Sneakersnstuff is a really cool store. I spotted it while walking along with my friend. He asked if I needed shoes and I said I always need shoes! First you need the money and to feel like trying them on. I just didn't want to take the time while my visitor waited. The employees are welcoming and the merchandise looks absolutely awesome. I'm definitely going to return to spend more time. I'll bring my credit cards! read more

Located in Meatpacking, sneakersnstuff is a cool spot for all the sneakerheads and hypebeasts out there. They have some of the latest sneaker releases as well as some exclusive sneakers which are only released through the lottery. They also have clothing and apparel as well. Overall sneakersnstuff is a good spot to come to if you need to pick up some new kicks. read more

These guys are the dumbest mothers I ever met. I mean, OK, you push Made in China staff as something else, but you need to cut the Made in China label first. Those idiots leave BOTH labels on their item. The are not only croocks , they are dumb ones. So, $ 109 baseball cap looks like the one shown in the attached picture. But, if you like to buy from stupid, this is your place. read more

Great venue. I recommend getting the app for sneaker purchases and entries. Folks here are really cool, and the space is clean and in a very well known area. They also have the SNS lounge which is a bar lounge downstairs that had great cokctails and people working, highly recommend going in to experience. read more

I was in there today and what incredible help I got from Sabrina and Courtney. Very knowledgeable about the products. I picked out a super hip outfit and I'm very excited to wear it tonight. Great experience read more

Great shop with wonderful people and fair raffles! I had a good experience. They ship really fast. Recommend without reservation!

These people don't stand by their merchandise. I purchased Nike sneakers that broke after a week. They told me to take it up with ...Nike. Why would you spend your money at this store than if you can buy it directly from Nike, Reebok, NB and be able to get your cash back if something goes wrong? This store lures customers with nice decor but you need to be vary aware. This is the second and last time I bought low quality merchandise there, Lesson finally learned. Go somewhere else. In addition to poor customer service, these people are also liars. As told, I called Nike, got my return on its way, but I was told by Nike, that store can and should do it for me. This way I don't need to pay for shipping and I got credit right away. So, keep this in mind as well. read more

I respect the fact that stores have to try and keep things hush hush or whatever but that shouldn't fully take away from the experience of the store walk in. Immediately when approaching the door security is hostile as if you can't come in unless you answer 21 questions. Not everyone is reselling respectfully and sometimes we actually like the shop. That's cool tho I expect that, it's just more annoying if when you get in literally no one speaks to you, asks if you're interested in anything, shit even push anything to sell on a Friday cause you know people got paid. Just wanted to leave my two cents to anyone not vaccinated you might be best off shopping online or goat. read more

I really felt discriminated against and I need to know how would you feel..I went to pick up the raffle that I won ,close to closing time. They checked my I'd and email. Then they brought the sneakers up and refused my form of payment. I don't understand why does your business owns a credit card machine if they aren't allowed to use it. I was okay with the fact and ask could I run to the atm since I don't have the actual card me even though you guys had my id, that matches the card on my phone.. They told me that I couldn't go to the machine because they were closing .. I'm trying not to be discouraged but fact that he said no and have a nice day in same breath bothers me... read more

Great store, great people, great sneakersnstuff ! I highly recommend to anyone in New York City !

Loved their selection, honesty, responsiveness. Bright, well laid out store. Love my shoes

I do not recommend purchasing anything from this company via their online website. The majority of the merchandise is shipped from Sweden. If you want to return it you must ship it back to Sweden. The problem is, it needs to be shipped to a PO Box. Therefore, you have to ship via the USPS. In order for it to be trackable you will need to pay $65+. If you want to roll the dice and send it untraceable it will still be at a cost of $35+. These return shipping costs are not worth the cost of the product. It makes no sense that the company would require you to ship back to Sweden when they do have stores and warehouses located in the USA. This company is not USA friendly!! read more
