Warning: Avoid this facility if you need timely access to your medical records…read more I am a fully independent patient, yet this facility is currently withholding my diagnostic imaging results. Despite providing full payment and making multiple professional requests, they have refused to release the CD of my scans. This is not just a clerical issue--it is actively delaying my medical diagnosis and treatment. My referring physician cannot proceed without these records, yet the facility continues to block access to my own health data. If you value your health and want a provider that respects your legal right to your medical records, go elsewhere. Their refusal to provide results is unprofessional and dangerous to patient care.

Technician was very disrespectful and accusatory toward this patient as she did not know how to turn unit off. Has never needed to turn unit off. Continued to be rude.
