I've been going back ever since!! Sara makes you feel like not only a client, but a friend. She is a joy to work with and her skills are amazing! She definitely takes pride in everything she does and I've always felt like I can trust her judgement on things. I started off with waxing and now go to her for facials, skin care, and recently got my first airbrush tan. She does a great job! I love my appointments because her space is so warm and welcoming. The country music often in the background is also my personal favorite :) I feel like it's my personal "me" time every month and she does everything possible to invoke that feeling during every appointment. She's also super responsive to appointment requests and I usually have an appointment scheduled without about 30 minutes of contacting her. Basically, if you read this far into my review, you should already be contacting Sara to get on her schedule, because the girl books fast! I have had appointments with several of their waxers and they all do an excellent job. I recommend this place to all my friends and family. I especially appreciate their "wax passes" which allow you to buy a certain amount of services and get some for free. For example I get the eyebrow wax pass and I buy 9 in advance and get 3 free. That is a year of eyebrow waxes for me. Their appointment booking system is also very easy, I usually just call in, but they also send text reminders that you can use to reschedule appointments. You can usually get in same day and they are flexible with their reschedule/cancellation policy. This makes it easy for me to rebook if life happens and I'm not able to make my appointment.
