I don't even know where to start. I have been trying to get in with Snatched for YEARS. and finally the stars aligned. I'm always nervous going into a new med spa, especially in Beverly Hills; I've had such bad experiences in the past. This was WORLDS APART from those. I feel like I've finally found ''my med spa'. From the second I walked in I was even treated nicely by the receptionist. I had my consult with Sabrinna who was insanely kind and just as gorgeous as she look on Instagram. To be honest when she walked through the waiting room when I got there the first thing she did was say hi to me as she walked by. I was shocked. For my consult, she asked what I was looking to do and we discussed what I usually do, what's in my budget and some of the things I was looking to do on my because other places had tried to sell me on extra treatments. She was honest and made me feel beautiful before I had my treatment. Like I didn't need to be "fixed" but just what we could do to maintain and some preventative treatments. Sadiyah was my injector and she was also soo incredibly sweet. Shes so beautiful and I really like that she talked with me about my treatments again before we did anything. She's a bit of a perfectionist which is exactly who you want injecting your face. I was honestly shocked and may have realized in that office that I have slight trauma from other places. It was wild to me to be speaking with these two gorgeous women who were lifting me up instead of picking me apart for what can be "fixed" and also, understanding of my realistic budget to maintain what we treated today. They were just cool. We talked about my concerns, pets, we laughed. I probably looked scared for the first half of my visit from the shock and awe. But I left feeling very appreciated. I walked out knowing my injectors and them me. The waitlist time is worth it guys. For real. I will update with before and afters soon but I want to let Snatched post it first because it's WILD. I did a lil rehab, skin vive and dysport. Very minimal compared to the full face of filler I was recommended at several other places. I absolutely love Snatched. I have been going there for years and completely trust both the expertise and artistry of Ani and Sadiyah. I have had several treatments over the years, but what prompted me to write this review today is their newest treatment, Sofwave. When they say there is no downtime, they truly mean it. I could not believe how easy the recovery was; but even more impressive were the results after just one session. I am in the second half of my fifties, and Sofwave made a noticeable difference in the tightening of my neck and lower face. In fact, one of the neck transformations featured on a loop on their Instagram page is actually mine, LOL! The results were that good. Sofwave is expensive, but I am committed to avoiding a facelift, so aging gracefully (and perhaps a little more slowly than nature intended) is important to me. For me, it was absolutely worth it. I had my lips filled some where else before snatched and I just didn't seem to get at ALLLL what I was looking for. That injector told me I just simply didn't have the anatomy for any more filler, this is my final result. I just begged to differ! I knew I needed a different technique. I did my research for quite a while untill I found snatched! My skinny, down turned lip needs a vertical height artist! This is my second/third appointment with Ani and she is simply just a master at her craft! First appointment she dissolved some migration from my first experience elsewhere. Then I came back for a full lip session. I had some slight asymmetry after my first appointment and she graciously fixed what only my neurotic eye could catch!!! I am very unhappy with the results of my lip filler. I thought I went to the best of the best and ended up spending $4000 on my lips for nothing they convinced me that I needed to fully dissolve my lip filler and start fresh, which I was totally up for doing what I needed to do to get them to do my filler. All the pix looked so great that I would've paid whatever just to have them look perfect. I was told I would only need 1 syringe of Restylane Kysse and that would be enough to have my lips the same size as before , but with a better shape and it would last two years. After three weeks, I had no lips again and so I went back for a second syringe two months later. That was at the end of November and we are at the end of March now so it's only been four months and my lips look at the exact same size as they looked after they dissolved them. It looks like there's zero filler in my lips, even squeezing them. It doesn't even feel like there's anything in there at all I'm in complete shock at the lack of accountability and then blaming my body for why I don't have filler in my lips. I've been doing live filler for 10 years and I've never had anyone tell me that I'm metabolize it quickly And I've been using the same brand as them as well. If I'm metabolized lip filler so fast why would I need to do six syringes of dissolver to start over and pay $2000 for that? It's because it's not my body that made the outcome not a good quality outcome it's The injectors product. I spent over a year trying to book, but my schedule never aligned with their limited availability. Finally, the stars aligned, and I thought I was about to have the experience I had been waiting so long for. Before my appointment, I spent $900 to have my lips dissolved in preparation. Then, when I finally sat in the chair, excited for my new lips, the nurse told me I needed to dissolve them even more--another $1,000 gone. But I trusted the process. A week later, I returned for my long-awaited filler ($1,200), expecting to walk out with the results I had dreamed of for years. Instead? The results were atrocious. Uneven, lumpy, unnatural--nothing like what I had seen on their social media. Shocked and disappointed, I reached out with photos. They had me come back in for a follow-up, which gave me hope that they would make things right. Instead, the same nurse who had injected me briefly massaged my lips for four minutes--then sent me on my way. No real solution, no improvement. I left feeling even worse than before. They made me sign a contract saying I would remove my bad review (shows you what type of people they are, and that they have probably offered hush money to god knows how many patients in the past). Then completely went back on what they said to me over the phone and were like "just kidding! Now we're actually not gonna refund you." They won't admit they did anything wrong. I feel completely gaslit, taken advantage of, and appalled. I have never had a worse experience that was more dehumanizing at any other med spa in my life. Ani is so good at what she does and I trust her opinion wholeheartedly. She makes her recommendations but also will tell you if you don't need something, more filler, etc. A lot of injectors will just say yes to more filler to take your money but they won't do that here. Everyone in the office is so friendly and knowledgeable. Sabrina is amazing and informative on the IG page and if I ever have a question I know I can most likely find the answer on the highlight tabs. I drive from San Diego 2-3 times at year to have them help me feel more rejuvenated and pretty. I'm sure there are a lot of good injectors and cheaper med spas/ offices here in San Diego but the drive to me is worth it. It's your face! Wanted to share my 5 star experience at Snatched Beverly Hills. I had the pleasure of being a client at snatched LA the original location. Ani did a beautiful job on my lips. I had two syringes over two sessions last one being in 2021. They have lasted to this day still not in need of a touch up yet either. So when it came to going for some facial balancing I knew they were they place to go. Fillers can go wrong or look horribly if done by a novice injector or poor technique. The team at Snatched are highly skilled, approach fillers in the way they should less is more. My appointment this time was with Sahdiya the co owner. She did a very thorough consult with me where I showed her my areas concern. After some discussion she said I would be a candidate for some chin balancing with one syringe of filler. Her technique was gentle and meticulously done. So subtle yet made a huge improvement on my profile and projection of my chin.
