Completely unacceptable. I ordered a four hundred dollar hat that arrived completely misshapen and unwearable. When I called to remedy the situation, the gentleman didn't seem to believe me. He made me pay fifty dollars to ship back a defective product. Several days after it arrived, I called for a status update, and he told me that he couldn't see anything wrong, and that it was okay for a misshapen brim because the hat was handmade. Handmade American should be a mark of high quality, not an excuse for poor craftsmanship! Utterly disgraceful! Nevertheless he assured me that he would send me a proper product. Mr. Shudde informed me that they basically donated their profits to the Brookwood mentally challenged , so you've got to respect that (this as he told me, is that after paying the overhead, all the profits go to their trust and he gets paid a salary).
