The service here is quick and efficient, but the advice from the staff comes off as a little condescending.
I was here with my partner to get some photos printed, and a staff member (whose name I cannot remember) was welcoming and knew it was my first time getting photos processed the old-school way but spoke too fast for us to fully understand what the process of getting our photos processed was. While he was instructing us on getting the film cartridge out (something I have never done before and my partner had not done in a while), the staff member was not clear on how to reverse the film. I had slowly opened the camera with the film exposed and he said "You just exposed the film to light. Now your pictures are going to come out a little fuzzy." He should have told me not to do that as I was about to open the camera, but the deed had been done and he watched the entire process when he could have prevented it.
Overall, we got our photos within a couple of hours, but they did not come out as good as we had thought.
My suggestions: Please have the staff take it easy on people who are getting photos processed, especially for the first time.
And please give us clearer instructions on how to help them process pictures in the best way possible. read more
