I chose this local business hoping to support small, community-based services--but this experience…read morehas been extremely disappointing. I entrusted Moler's Audio Visual with irreplaceable vintage and antique photos and slides to copy. I was told it would take about two weeks which was reasonable. Today was SIX weeks, no reprints, so I went to pick up my originals to take them somewhere else and not even a basic apology for the delay. There was zero communication throughout the process and no timeline updates even after I called at the THREE week mark. These items are of deep personal value, and the lack of professionalism and accountability is unacceptable. I would strongly caution others before trusting this business with anything important.

Great Frame Selection Limited, but Nice art selection…read moreTimely frame services Great for Artists and Sports Fanatics The owner of this place has been in business for more than 18 years, making him one of the longest standing frame shops in town. He use to be located in the Delano District at the arch, but he moved about 4 years ago and now shares a building with Diver Gallery. He has stretched canvas' for me, framed small to large-scale pieces, shadow boxed, collaged, hand-sewn and even just cleaned pieces. He is also a wealth of knowledge when it comes to where to find good art locally. This guy can handle large or small jobs, corporate or individual accounts, there is nothing he can't do when it comes to framing and to sweeten the deal, he is a pleasure to deal with, very down to earth. Ask for conservation glass. Who wants a faded picture? Forget Hobby Lobby based out of OKC, buy local!

I have had other brands of progressive lenses before and thought they were OK; but compared to these new lenses from Howard's optical, there is no comparison. I highly recommend Howard's Optical on South Oliver, in Wichita, KS.

I wish there wasn't as many issues getting them, but their lab did do a good job on the lenses. My one star review is based off of Eyewear Junkie's customer service, not the quality of the glasses.

I don't know if the optometrist did a poor job, or if Eyewear Junkie filled the prescription poorly, but I either live with my old glasses for another year or pay out of pocket for a new eye exam and new glasses or wait until my insurance will pay for a new exam. I will not be going back to my optometrist or Eyewear Junkie again.
