    We chose this company based on their positioning as a higher-end print service and their strong…read morereviews. Our experience, however, didn't reflect the same level of quality or consistency. On the first order, the cards were printed using an earlier version of our design rather than the final updated version we had provided. This was also not picked up by us during the proofing stage, so there was shared responsibility here. However, it did result in an incorrect final product. We raised the issue and there was then a significant delay in communication, with approximately 7-8 weeks and multiple follow-ups before we received a response. A reprint was eventually arranged, which we appreciated. However, the second batch still showed quality issues, with a noticeable smudging/shadow effect around the lettering that was not present in the original print. We were advised that this fell within acceptable industry standards, although it did not meet our expectations for a premium service. To be honest, it was the communication that disappointed us the most, as the issues with the print quality themselves were relatively minor individually, but together they resulted in a final product that didn't meet expectations. While we acknowledge that other clients appear to have had very positive experiences, our personal experience across two attempts did not meet the standard we were expecting, and we will not be using the service again.

When we tried to get more information after a week of no updates we got abused on the phone by the manager. There was a massive lack of communication and then aggression when we tried to follow up about it. The print was fine and we did get a refund. But the overall experience and customer service were severely lacking. Long: We ordered 2 large prints from them. They told us they were ready, we go to collect and they have only printed 1. We didn't realize until we left. We asked for a refund for the missing print as it was too late for our purposes by that point. They said yes and it will be processed by the accountant. We follow up the next day, they say he is away sick and will process soon. We wait about a week, giving them time to sort it out or give us an update, send an email to follow up, no reply. We call them and the manager Pradeep goes into a rage, saying that we have been harassing them, that the accountant was in the hospital for surgery and we are being disrespectful. He starts listing a bunch of things that we have never spoken about as reasons that it hasn't been done, and accusing me of harassment. When I try to scale back the conversation and explain he refuses to have a discussion about it, just hurling abuse and shouting down the phone. I tried to explain that we did not know the circumstances but he says that we did and they we have been calling him everyday harassing him about it. This is just simply untrue. I don't know if we maybe got us confused with someone else, maybe they had a backlog of refunds because the accountant was away and he believed me to be another customer who was calling more often? But I cannot answer that as he refused to have a normal conversation and clear it up. After yelling for a few minutes and not letting me speak he just says "goodbye" and hangs up. Eventually Salesh gets in contact and processes the refund and sends through the paper work. It is all sorted now. And I understand people need time away for medical reasons, all we needed was that information. "The accountant is having surgery, we can't process this until next week" would have been fine. But also it seems like someone else should be able to cover if someone needs to be away for an extended period of time. And by the end Salesh sorted us out, who is not the original person we were told to contact. So I'm not sure why they didn't get Salesh to do it from the beginning if the usual person was in the hospital. Overall pretty disappointing. Just really disappointing. Didn't get what we ordered, waited 2 weeks for a refund and were abused when we tried to ask about it.
