Copy Solutions is a chain with several locations over Auckland. I can't speak for any of the…read moreothers, but I would particularly like to recommend the Newton branch. The reason for this is the staff. Like most copy places, the Newton Copy Solutions does photocopying, colour printing, large scale printing, some binding and finishing, and graphic design. So far, so generic. I think the quality of their printing is quite good (and, for the price, very good), but there are other places around Auckland you could get a similar result. But what sets this place apart is the staff. I've dealt with several of them over the last few years, and each of them has been friendly, attentive and helpful. And best of all, they know their stuff. I can ask them difficult questions about print quality or binding techniques (I'm a graphic designer, so I'm full of difficult questions) and not only do they know what I'm talking about, but they have a helpful answer, and will suggest different ways of doing things that will work out cheaper or faster. This is my go-to place for small scale printing.

This lovely couple work very hard and are friendly and accommodating when we have needed things to be done in a hurry or made necessary changes at the last minute before or after the printing has taken place (such as having flyers trimmed). I generally email them what I need done and outline the details clearly, then go pick up the printing when it is done, usually within a few days - however I am sure the time frame would depend on what you are having done. The printing has always been straight and I would recommend local business' to give them a go. They also sell lots of stationary items to fill the home or office.

Not the most competitive hourly Internet rate at $3 per hour, but they offer rather generous member deals. I paid $10 for 5 hours (where I could come and go as I please) which I thought was okay because they have a super central location and big comfortable seats. Seriously, I am not kidding about these seats, they are large and they are leather, and they have sweet sweet reclining action - they only problem is you do not want to rest your head back and absorb the head sweat from the last customer.

I've had to frequent the Warehouse Stationery branch in Henderson many times over the past couple of years, now that I have become a professional student. Buying stationery supplies, workbooks and seeking copying, printing and binding services have become second nature. I really like the Henderson branch in particular, because it's always really well stocked and well priced. The staff are knowledgeable about the stock on hand and are really efficient when it comes to your order, particularly within the copy centre. Warehouse stationery is always my first stop for my stationery requirements!
