Met me same day as I called, set up my membership and showed me how everything worked. Tons of different grip bars, power racks, bands, machines, prowlers, foam rollers etc, plus you can play your own music on the stereo. U get a keycard that works 24/7 which was super convenient especially around the holidays when most places have limited hours.

Its all about getting better and with that many serious lifters in one place, you get a heck of a lot of "free" fitness direction from folks who compete and stay injury free. The gym is never crowded often you may have it to yourself. Monday/Wednesday evenings and Saturday/Sunday mornings are the busiest and then its only 5-10.

I even worked there in college and this is a first-hand review of my experience and my feelings about how the club handles the safety of its' older members, two of whom are my parents. The fact that Franco's got my original review taken down instead of absorbing the feedback and addressing safety concerns shows they care more about their reputation than safety. I stand by my original review... I'd like to reiterate, please enter at your own risk. There are trainers and employees who are not vaxxed and working closely indoors with members in their 60s, 70s, and 80s who could be at risk because of the selfishness and irresponsibility of Franco's, it's staff, and policies. Is there a vaccine mandate in Mandeville? No. Can businesses implement one? Yes. In my opinion, to hide behind the, "no mandate" defense is lazy and puts profits before safety. We were incredibly disappointed and horrified to learn one of the trainers who works with my elderly members including my dad, had Covid and was unvaxxed. How many days do you think this trainer showed up to work as a carrier before testing positive? It's unclear and scary to think about. Of course getting Covid isn't anyone's fault... But to knowingly and willingly go to work in an indoor environment with people who are elderly and choose not to be vaccinated, all with permission of your employer, is dangerous. I don't think it's unfair or unkind to warn people of a potentially unsafe and dangerous environment. I'd like to offer a suggestion - if you are not going to require vaccinations of your staff, I'd recommend only having those trainers who are vaccinated, teach/train members 60+.

There I changed into a robe and slippers they provided. Then I went to the sitting area that looks out on a nice fountain and outdoor sitting area. The music playing softly in the background was the perfect melody to get in that relaxed state. They had orange water and hot tea out for the guests to enjoy before or after their service. Tracy was both knowledgeable and professional. I got a deep tissue massage with her. Thoroughly enjoyed it. Only wish it could've been longer. I have never been to a spa in our area that provided such a relaxing environment to unwind. I'll definitely be back!

The gym is pretty small (compared to larger commercial gyms like LA fitness or EOS) but it has everything you need! I came on a Friday around 11am and there were people in there but not crowded which was awesome! Theres really only one of each machine but i had no issue getting right on everything i needed. I was there an hour and a half. I did notice there was no music playing but i had headphones so that was no problem for me. All of the members were very courteous and pleasant. Someone even walked around offering bottles of water. I live in a large (over)populated city and let me tell you, that is not something someone would do! It was awesome. When i come to visit my sister i will definitely be coming back!

The workout schedule is flexible each day so I can always find a session that suits me. Each day is different so it keeps me engaged and interested. Having to set and meet my workout "appointments" keeps me accountable, which, as I stated above, I require. It's been 3 months and I feel a difference in my strength, endurance, and weight. The gym has great colors and decor and is super clean and modern. The equipment is high quality. And my feelings about Orangetheory Mandeville get even better! I'm not a gym person and have always been self-conscious when exercising. All gone! From my first time meeting coaches and staff, I felt right at home. The coaches are all so knowledgeable, motivating, and complimentary.
