I even asked for a standing floor bag (gym was equipped with a hanging one) for my martial arts exercises and they got one! There are plenty of weights and a few weight and cardio machines, along with an open floor room that's available as long as a class isn't running. Staff cleans regularly, prices are reasonable, and it's open 24 hours with a key tag.

While i do not mind if they join, the problems lies is how they behave. The other day they where ripping open shower curtains while people where showering. They put stuff in the soap, they take up all the machines/ equipment and just sit on them while on their phone without doing an actual workout. I have witnessed a lot of them calling other members names and bringing them down making it hard for them to continue their fitness journey. While it is not all the high school kids and some of them are very kind. A lot of them have ruined many members experiences with their fitness journey. It is just very frustrating to be paying that kind of money to be treated like that.

The tanning beds are more powerful than alot of the tanning salons I've been in. I don't have anything to complain about. I recommend it. Other members seem to be fine with it also.

Cons: no AC but the doors are always open letting air flow through. The blue tooth radio is iffy so bring headphones or an aux cable for the speakers. Most of the cardio machines are squeaky. They are always renovating to improve the gym (can be a pro or con). The teens that go in don't know how to clean up after themselves.

Lindsey helped my dog, Leela, and I work through these issues and addressed some basic obedience issues. Leela made such great progress we ended up adopting my step-daughter's 15 lb chihuahua mix.
