Same experience two years in a row - in Casper on vacation and wanting to use a gym. No one answers the phone, no one responds to emails, the staffed hours on the website are incorrect. It's like you don't want to make money or have people to use your gym. I went to a local competitor once again even though Snap would be the nicest, most convenient option for me. Next time I won't bother and will just go straight to another gym. Really a shame. read more

I was about to work out and a man came up to my friends and I being very hostile, he asked for our names so we gave them to him. We were then accused of letting people in without any showings of the cameras, there are no workers here ever to help if we need anything and there is a most definite lack of communication. I would not recommend this gym to anyone who doesn't want to be worrying if they did something wrong or not. read more

I was in lifting at 7 like normal and the owner's husband came up to me asking if I have a membership to there gym in a very disrespectful voice and went to his desk and yelled at me for bring in a friend for a little bit. He cancelled my membership and didn't give us a chance to get my friend a membership. The day they yelled at me was the first day they were in the gym when we came in. Very disrespectful owners and not a gym I would recommend for anyone. read more
