ooooooooooooooooooooo stars …read more Title: Unbelievably Horrible Service - Worst Experience EVER! My family is mixed and felt the racism from Anna the front desk and Stevie the manager. If I could give ZERO stars, I would. This is the absolute worst location in this company I've ever dealt with, and it's filled with horrible, disrespectful people. The staff can't get anything right, and they treat you like absolute garbage. The level of customer service here is appalling, and it's beyond me how this place is still in business after they treat s mixed family. When Linda Brooks ran the Troy location or Jason Bird managed it, things were a million times better. Now? A total disaster. Stevie, the so-called manager, is hands down the worst customer service "professional" I've ever encountered. She wouldn't even try to fix the issues at all, was like it is what it is,and her energy is totally I hate being here attitude. I've been a loyal customer since the Minneapolis location opened, even worked at the Troy location when it first launched, and have visited the Las Vegas location multiple times when in town. But this? This is a new low. I walked in today, thinking I had a family membership, and was greeted by Anna, who clearly had no clue what she was doing. She looked overwhelmed and like she couldn't care less. It's FATHER'S DAY, for crying out loud, and I was told I wasn't allowed entry unless I paid an additional $60 for my wife and son. We had just driven 54 minutes to get here, and now I'm being charged for MY OWN MEMBERSHIP and family. How is that even a thing?! What happens to caring about the customers. But that's not even the worst of it. The dry heat sauna was broken last week, then the power went out, then they closed for another outage the week before that. And now, after all that, they're charging me another $60? For what? Because of their incompetence and caring about the customers. Stevie was rude from the jump, disrespectful, and had the worst dry attitude imaginable, treating me like I was some inconvenience to her. After that, she just sat in the back office, not doing a single thing to help. Not once did anyone offer a solution or show any sense of care or respect for my situation. Honestly, it was like I was invisible. At this point, I'm seriously considering canceling my membership because this company clearly doesn't care about its members or guests which you can see with the 3 star reviews. Without us, you have no business, no revenue, and no reason to exist. So why on earth would you treat your paying customers like this? The lack of respect is beyond infuriating. If I could rate this place NEGATIVE INFINITY, I would. And you better believe I'm going to put this all over my social media. I have millions + of followers, and I will make sure everyone knows how NOT to treat their customers. I'm done. DO NOT RECOMMEND--I'm about to cancel my membership, and I suggest you do the same if you value your time, money, or dignity. I'm so mad left a voicemail for lawyer !! Racism and Discrimination is some something real and very bad here. #HorribleService #WorstExperience #CustomerNoService #Unbelievable #CancelingMyMembership #NeverComingBack

I enjoy going to the Summit on the Park…read more                 There is a great water park out back for the kids.  There is a wonderful wooden structure playground.  It will need to be updated soon but it's an adventure.                 The pool in the building and the workout room and the other offerings in this center are an essential part of the local community.  The banquet center is very nice and suitable for activities as weddings and public meetings.  Their support team for the rooms is first rate.   Booking is swift and easy.  Support happens from the beginning all the way to the end of your experience.  Very nicely done.                 I appreciate their lighting, sound and other technologies when I am having an event at this location.                 The media staff is experienced and helpful.  If you are going to use the kitchen areas yourself they are kept clean, neat and well stocked with the materials and equipment that you need to make any event a success.                 This location is fairly easy to get to and directions to it are easy to follow.

The two staff members were not welcoming toward us and seemed bothered by even the simplest questions. Instead of taking a moment to explain things, they told us to "refer to the pamphlet," shutting down any attempt to clarify what we were looking for. For a place that's supposed to promote health and community, the lack of basic courtesy was really disappointing. First impressions matter, and this one made it clear that customer service is not a priority here. I won't be joining.

I deleted my review from a few days ago because of an awful experience my mother and I had today…read morehere with the staff. We've never had a problem with the regular staff members but these two Karens appear to be fairly new. Melissa A. was rude to my elderly over 75+ mother in the 30-minute workout section. Even though the area wasn't crowded and not all of the machines were being used, she told my mom that she had to go to each machine in numerical order rather than jump to a random machine. It makes no sense to do that unless the area is crowded or people are waiting for a machine. I saw other people not following the rules but Melissa A. singled out my mother who suspects it might be because we are one of the few people who still wear masks indoors, or because of her race. As you can see in the photo of the area, there are several people just sitting at the machines or using their phones. When it's empty almost no one follows the rules or uses the machines in numerical order. If the workers want to be strict about it then have people sign up with a worker sitting in that section 24/7. Since Planet Fitness doesn't have the resources for that, why enforce it so strictly when it's unnecessary? Melissa the shift lead made the situation worse. My mother was very upset but Melissa took the side of her worker rather than apologize or attempt to deescalate the situation with my mother. She even told us to leave and when I said we wouldn't be leaving, she threatened to call the police on us even though there was no physical altercation. However, she backed off and didn't call the police when she saw me recording the situation. Unfortunately, nearly a year of decent experiences at this location were ruined today. As long as these two workers are here I wouldn't recommend this Planet Fitness to anyone.

Gave feedback to the local management and they shrugged it off saying it was a national corporate decision. It's especially bad in the summer when the gym allows free entry for students. After many, many promotional emails offering a free trial of the black membership, I gave it a try. It wasn't worth it since I never had the time to use the services. When I went back to regular membership, they used the opportunity to increase my rate by 50%. Staff are nice enough but spend all their time chatting behind the desk and never enforce basic gym etiquette like sitting on a bench scrolling on a phone for 15 minutes. May be worth it if you just want to use treadmill or elliptical. Edited: If you see that company responded asking me to message them, know that the e-mail they gave returns an error message saying that the mailbox is full. They have also not responded to my private message on Yelp!

Let me explain why: Last week, my husband and I were attending a Fitness Solutions class. One of the other attendees of the class was wearing a mask that did not cover her nose. I spoke to the woman and asked her to cover her nose. She replied that her mask was too small. I told her that AFS has disposable masks at the front counter. She did not do anything. I alerted the instructor to the situation. He spoke to the woman. She pulled up her mask to cover her nose, but her mask slipped back down almost immediately. She was allowed to stay in the class without getting a disposable mask. At this point, my husband and I asked if we could go into the other classroom. When we did, we saw that this class contained a woman without a properly fitting mask and that her nose wasn't covered. We decided to leave, and freeze our accounts.

Have you ever been straped to a metal sled around your waist and ran with it on a dirt road,…read morefeeling like an ancient slave trying to build a pyramid? Or lifting weights to train your triceps like starting the engine of a lawn mower? I have never thought I would ever, EVER, want to do any of these, or weight lifting, or even workout in a gym before coming to train with Dominik.( Not gonna lie, I am still not a big fan of it, BUT) I love how effective the workout was designed and the result I got just by training for few months. And most of all, it's not boring, with good challenges and variations everytime I trained. It motivates me, someone who lack of self discipline. I am the type of girl that love exercises for purposes, like sports for enjoyment and fun, dance and yoga for body forms and shape. So going to a gym seems dull and boring to me. I even tried crossfit before and absolutely hated it. Until a friend of mine introduce Dominik for personal training. Like most people( that I know of), whose metabolic rate just get slower after late 20s, it just seems harder and harder to maintain body weight and shapes. So I decided to give personal training a try, since it seems like regular exercise doesn't work for me anymore. And it was a game changer. Dominik not only creates personalized sets of workout for the body frame that I want, (since I wanted to keep a feminine look not muscle builder) but also advising on the diet that I should have. It's all about a healthy eating habits, and balancing with effective workout, like HIIT. It is a new thing to me and I am amazed by the result it yields. He is also very knowledgeable about body muscle structure that I have never gotten injured. I felt like I always learn something new every time i trained, about health, body sculpting, and nutrition facts. I would highly recommend this trainer for anyone who's in need for one. Especially for those that are lack of self discipline and wants result with minimal time spent on exercise (like me, lol), he would be a perfect candidate to start your healthy goal. Tip: training is held in the definition fitness, the building located behind the flex fitness
