Once the gentlemen he did his job which roughly took 4 hours or so. I paid the ticket $1,800 and he left. The next day I noticed water damage to the bottom of the trim of my walls. I contacted the company and they informed me they would get me in touch with the owner. After a few days of calling, I finally spoke with the owner. After explaining the issues he responded "I don't want to deal with this so I'm going to refund your money and hung up" This took me by surprise to say the least, after we got off the phone I contacted a contractor to come out and inspect the damage. The total cost for damage is roughly $2,800 and no one will acknowledge or respond to my calls. I am now in the process of speaking with my attorney to unfortunately take matters to the next level. I would highly recommend against using this company, what you get when they are selling their brand vs what you get and the quality professionalism once they receive their money is on two different ends of the spectrum. He said okay well I don't want to deal with this so I'm going to give you a refund so I can be done with it, I informed him I will have a contractor come out and evaluate the damage. #3) I called 3 weeks later due to my travel schedule as I wasn't home to deal with this, I didn't know there was a expiration date on when I have to call and complain when there's severe damage done to my house. The nice part is that they are able to do the service day of when they come to assess. We wanted to know a quote on our mattress, couch and rug. We decided to get the couch and mattress done but the price for the rug was higher than we wanted to pay. The quality was worth the price. Our couch looks amazing and all our stains are gone. He was very professional and did a quality job. I would recommend this service.
