They did fine cleaning up the water damage from a burst pipe in our kitchen and dining room. While they initially put up plastic to contain the mess, the plastic came loose letting dirt and debris into the rest of the house. They also left a scratch on one of our vehicles, and scratched and dented some of our appliances. Will never use them again. read more

This company removed the contents of my closet and boxed everything and put my hats on the bottom of the box and put all the other contents including my husbands briefcase on top of my hats! Ruined a $275 dollar hat from Nordstrom's and about $500 total! You could tell they did not care or respect our stuff! If I could give 0 stars I would! They did not cover our furniture while they worked to remove a wall from water damage and complained when I asked them to put my pillows in bags to protect them. We do not live there full time so we had to rely on them to take care with our belongings and that did not!! read more

They did decent work when my house flooded, but they refused to call me back when it came time to putting my house back together. They damaged a wall and now refuse to call me back to fix that. If it's an emergency and you can't get anyone else out to you they are decent on the first use but don't expect to see or hear from them after that. read more

I was referred to this company by my insurance company and it was a huge mistake. I have informed my insurance company that they have been lied to because this company did a terrible job with the restoration of my home after a bad fire. They lost several of my contents. The equipment they said that they would use to clean my things weren't even being used because THEY NEVER HAD THE EQUIPMENT. DON'T USE THESE GUYS!! There was a fire in my condo building, I brought in this company on the recommendation of my insurance agency. They were to clean EVERYTHING to remove the soot i.e., carpet, walls, ceiling, etc. I'm pretty sure they were there only a few hours on the days they were in my condo (my son was there one day), he said one of the guys looked high (drugs), and only stayed about 2 hrs. When they cleaning the carpet they put the furniture up on soft plastic lifters, but NEVER CLEANED UNDER THE FURNITURE!! When I spoke to the project manager he stated they did clean under say, the bed. When I stated there was stuff under the bed, he said they put it back (it was a piece of paper & a book mark!! Caught in a lie!!) He claimed they crawled under the bed!! NO WAY they could fit!! The majority of the soot was along a common wall and in the closet which they DID NOT CLEAN. I finally gave up, and will clean them myself. read more

My experience with Phoenix was awful! I will never use them again. I would tell you hire anyone other than them because they cost me thousands of dollars in damage and still charged me a bill. They were sent out to prevent further damage done due to water damage and instead they ruined brand new carpets in two rooms, ruined my wood floors, caused me to waste my time, and did not meet any of the contractual obligations we had discussed would be done. read more
