The house itself was huge and dirty and I was overwhelmed at the thought of what it would cost us to get cleaned up. The house smells great, is quite literally sparkling clean and now ready to list!! I will be using SunBloom in the future!!

I normally don't leave negative reviews, but as a business owner your identity and reputation…read moreshould be your most protected asset. Not lies and deception and that's what I got from Yahir. A broken promise and lies about his ability to help, which is fine, but he gave me a commit that he broke. It's one thing to say you can't do something, but to not respond, and just say no, is the reason for this negative review. There are not many cleaning companies in Pauls Valley, so this review may fall on deaf ears, he may be the only player in town. But if you can find someone on your bench, more dependable that Yahir, please check. This outfit is a joke! Sad you have to give one star when some companies do absolutely NOTHING!

Clean Freaks has always done such a good job, my house sparkles when they're finished. The first time they came in they deep cleaned my house and cleaned things that's never crossed my mind to clean them before. Now they maintain their work and do other tasks like cleaning the refrigerator or folding laundry. I thought it would be kind of weird having people all around in my house, but it hasn't been weird at all. All of the cleaners have been super kind and very professional. Clean Freaks have been super helpful and have relieved so much of my stress. Now I can spend more time with my baby than worrying about when I'll get the cleaning done!

Clean Freaks 405 is that guy. Thanks to them, I just found out the glass in my cabinets (that I've had for 6 years) isn't supposed to be cloudy and I am a generally clean person! They do all of the tasks they say they will do and if they have extra time they look for MORE to do without me having to tell them what to do or taking a break instead. I have worked many places over the years and finding someone, much less 4 people, who look for more to do when the job is done is almost unheard of. I could not be happier with their work.

BEST CLEANING SERVICE IN OKC!!…read more I needed move out cleaning done on a short notice so I put in a request on Yelp. None of the "big companies" even responded but Natasha reached out almost immediately and was able to answer all of my questions in the same day. Not only did she offer great prices, she even offered steam cleaning on all the carpet (for a small/local business that is incredible). After I booked with Natasha, I was already going to be out of the house so I left the door unlocked and trusted her to get the job done. Not only did she get the job done, she also sent me pictures of everything she did. To top it all off, there was one very small thing that was missed (fan blades or something) SO SHE DROVE BACK THE NEXT DAY TO RECLEAN THEM. I had already paid her and she could have easily said no but she went back anyway. If that doesn't show a dedicated business then I don't know what will Natasha is loyal, hard working, and dedicated - I recommend Your Way Cleaning Services to anyone and everyone 10/10 5 Stars

They do not list what services this applies however we assumed that sweeping, mopping, and dusting would be standard and a "deep clean" would involve more. We do have pets and wanted to make sure that we accounted for that. The person arrived and we left her on her own. Approximately 3.5 hours later we received a message that she had completed the work. We unfortunately paid before seeing the house and she left. Afterwards we went in to see that some rooms had not even been swept. None of the tables had been wiped down. Some of the windowsills had been wiped down but only a few. The kitchen was the most complete of the rooms and even there the large window had not been cleaned. This is the second time in my life I have hired a cleaning service so I am not incredibly familiar with the process but the previous time I paid half of this cost for a far more complete job. After I sent an internal review back to them I was contacted by the person who did the job who I have since learned is the owner and told that these were not items that had been specifically instructed and therefore were not done. She also attempted to tell me that she had been specifically instructed not to address certain items which was not the case.
