Babies, up to 3, little kids up to 5, and the rest of the place for I think up to 8 years old. With my help my little guy (currently not yet 2) could even do the big part and loved the big ball pit. For me and my two kids to get in was around 10 pounds and we were only there about and hour and a half. In fairness, they would have stayed longer but I can only hack these places for so long. They do have a concessions stand but we didn't have food. They do forbid outside food and drink, though I saw people bringing in their own anyway. Also there is an outdoor area that looked really nice that we didn't get to. I am sure we will make it out there next time. Great place though a bit nerve racking when you can't find your kid in the mazes of craziness that go to the ceiling. All in all it was a good time and we will be checking it out again.

I have never not been able to park even at busy times, and when there was a number of parties going on. It doesn't just have a paddling pool. It has a whole complex of them, on different levels. The centre of the site has a small hill. One side is mounds of square concrete blocks made to look like cliffs. Fabulous for kids who love to climb, or to sit on. On the other side are three giant slides. Another feature is a zipline (closer to ground level!). Overall great for the more active and adventurous kids, whether that means exploring a paddling pool for the younger ones, or heading for the slides for those older. Even giving one star seems too much. After making an accidental booking for the wrong place and…read morerealising my immediate mistake, I contacted gambado to cancel and request a refund. They denied this as it is not their policy to refund. Whilst I understand a policy, I explained it was a genuine oversight and I would not benefit from a credit as I don't live nearby to use this. One kind manager did contact the owner about this but they refused to give me a refund. My five year old was left in tears as we were unable to then afford an alternative place to book. What an awful money grabbing business!!!! Please don't give them any more of your money!!!

It also has bumper cars and another roundabout type ride. Best to go in the mornings if you can as the weekend afternoons are very busy, although most people like it so much they are okay with it. The other problem is that adults should be with their children in the bumper car queue because other children queue jump and the Gambado staff do not sort this out. This is of course very upsetting for children and parents alike. They should have a better queueing system or at least one staff member operating the ride and a second controlling the queue. The clever thing would be a proper queueing system which actually lines people up properly. However today there was a great staff member who actually stopped the queue jumpers and he should be applauded, he also really cared and was great with the children. It is also expensive however it is so good they can happily get away with it.

There are clean bathrooms and a snack bar. If you have a kid in the 3-8 range this is the best place to bring them in Kensington Gardens.

However, its is big and clean and children love to play. It has quite a bit of seating, though I have been here during a half term and at times like that it does get busy. They have a separate room for children's birthday parties and a party person to help oversee. With the gift bag the children recieved a cup from BigSpace filled with goodies. They have a baby/toddler play area and a big playframe for older children.

There is a microwave provided to heat baby food etc. Adults are given a credit type card on entering which they use in the coffee lounge this is then handed in at the end and the bill settled, although I do always manage to spend more than i normally would as I am not paying as I go along. Positives are that it is free for under 1s and adults don't pay either. Major negative is that parking is very limited and would be very difficult to get a space during the weekend or school holidays, or if there was a party happening. There is also only one baby changing toilet, with an additional wall mounted stand outside the toilets.
