Java Express is a drive through, and does not offer a "sit down" type shop. The drive through is always convenient. Although they did not have the sugar free option for the "Heavenly" latte, that I had last year, that barista (who was friendly, professional, and hospitable) suggested the "Samoa" which was quite tasty and equally as good as the "Heavenly". And if she wasn't behind the counter I would have never known that she worked there because she was in a crop top and sweatpants and didn't even have an apron or name tag on. She was extremely rude and seemed like I was a burden by just ordering. Again I didn't catch her name because she wasn't wearing a name tag, but she was tall and had short redish black hair and when her coworker was talking to her she said her name and it started with an E. safe to say I will not be going back to this location until employees like that are dealt with.
