Every restaurant in Beau Rivage closes at 10 PM and SNACKS is the restaurant that caters to the hungry gamblers from 10 PM late into the night. The establishment itself serves a variety of quick bites in addition to fresh made pizzas, sandwiches, hotdogs, soups, and other snack like items. It was extremely busy during my visit, but they managed the line pretty well. I decided to grab a cup of gumbo in addition to a chicken salad sandwich on toasted bread. It took about 15 minutes for my order to be prepared, but when I did receive everything, it was freshly prepared and freshly plated. The gumbo was better than I expected for a fast food snack bar, however the rice that they add to the gumbo somehow winds up in a large ball in the gumbo itself, which makes for a messy eating experience. The chicken salad sandwich was not the greatest, because therethey truly was not a decent amount of chicken salad on the sandwich, and the salad itself was not very flavorful. Overall, though for a late night snack bar, they do have a lot of offerings; service is decent and you should be able to find something that you like despite me having one of two items that wasn't the best. read more

I recently ate at the Beau Rivage To-Go Bar and was disappointed with the value, food quality, and overall experience. I ordered the Signature Club Sandwich for $13, which includes turkey, ham, bacon, lettuce, tomato, American cheese, and mayo on white bread. The display makes it appear as though the sandwiches are freshly made to order, but they are actually taken from a grab-and-go cooler. Staff told me the sandwiches are made fresh daily and per shift, but the bread on mine was hard and stale, and the meat was sliced very thick. For the quality I received, I don't believe the sandwich was worth $13. In my opinion, it was closer to a $3-$5 sandwich. I also ordered the buffalo chicken wings for $18, which are supposed to come with celery and your choice of ranch or blue cheese dressing. Although I specifically requested dressing, none was included with my order. The wings themselves were okay, but they were somewhat salty. Another issue is the wait time. This was not my first visit, and every time I've been there, the line has been extremely long. I've waited close to 30 minutes just to place or receive an order. The To-Go Bar appears to be understaffed, and management should consider adding more cashiers or team members during busy hours to help move customers through the line more efficiently. Overall, I think the food program could benefit from a complete review of both quality and pricing. The food isn't terrible, but it's not something I would go out of my way to order again. It's the kind of food that works if you're gambling late, hungry, and looking for something quick because other options are closed. It will satisfy your hunger, but don't expect an exceptional meal. Well conviemce is key with this location.since it inside the Beau Rivage . Staff was very rude to my wife, she ordered the food through the app. Thry are very disorganized. Hot Dog was a good size but they didnt give her onions, and they just threw all the condiments in the bag. There was supposed be chips with both her hot dog and my so called Italian sandwich. No chips in the bag. My sandwich had like 1 slice of ham amd salami and 2 small pieces of cheese, the sandwich was 75% bread . Wont be ordering from here in future visits to the Beau Rivage. Its Two Star 2uesday again! Snacks is the casual eating option at the Beau Rivage. It is open until midnight. They offer salads, sandwiches and pizzas for take out or casual eat in. I ordered the gumbo and hot dog. The gumbo was ok, and had decent spice. However, the hot dog was cool on one side, although it was on a rotisserie. Another negative is that it took forever to order. There was only one cashier around 3:30 pm, and for some reason there was a long line. A guy in a scooter behind me felt the need to bring his scooter right up against the refrigerated case where peeps were trying to get things out. In addition, later he had to park his scooter right up against where I was standing. All in all, a lousy experience for a snack, after a 3 1/2 flight, plus 1 1/2 hrs driving fr New Orleans. read more

My husband and I got a pizza here last night and it was big pizza which was great however it had NO SAUCE. The pizza was ruined by having no sauce. The line was long, but it did go pretty fast. The carrot cake was good, but for $8 I think the slice should have been bigger. My husband got the chocolate cake. read more

Wtf happened to the food quality at snacks. I ate here often pre covid and loved the Caesar salad and the southwest ham and chicken sandwich. They were like works of art. I got Caesar no croutons with tomatoes and no cheese! Quality of lettuce was bad and chicken was worse! It wasn't grilled or flavorful. I ordered a southwest ham sandwich and got the same dry flavorless chicken in a shrunken mummified bun with almost none of the good southwest sauce. I'm dropping their former review from 5 stars down to a generous 2. I recommend you not eat here until they find a solution to the food quality. Stay tuned I'll keep u informed. While staying at Beau Rivage Snacks was our go to for a late bite or snack. Delicious sandwiches, pizza, salads and desserts. The ladies behind the counter were friendly and helpful. Great customer service. I loved The BLT on toast with a yummy piece of pecan pie !! Tiki Hubby had there gumbo almost every day we where at the hotel. It used to be our goto for very good sandwiches BUT not anymore...Unless you want pre-made sandwiches or their specials (which were terrible) steer clear. The pizza was awful too. In the Beau Rivage, there aren't really any other "fast" food options other than Snacks. Fortunately it's ok. Snacks offers just that- snacks. You can get hot dogs, chicken salad, soups, and more. Basically it's kind of like a baby diner with no runners. You order, they yell your name and you either take it to go or eat at one of the few tables. Some things are overly priced, you're in a casino, what do you expect? But overall, the price point is alright. I like their chicken salad a lot. If had just the right amount of sweetness. You can get free refills all day on your large beverage (it'll run you $6.75 for the cup). The staff is nice, but not overly nice. Don't get the brownies- they are not good. I stopped by Snack one night after playing a few slots because it made me work up an appetite. Firstly, I saw one of the workers grab a handful of shredded cheese and drop it on top of someone chili right on the customer counter instead of finishing the prep work back on the food line. Secondly, There were a few sandwich choices that I wanted to try. I chose the muffuletta because the cashier said it was really popular. The muffuletta was big in size but it was not tasty at all. That was driest muffuletta I've tasted before in my life. The bread was hard and the olive spread was too oniony.
