I literally just moved to Copenhagen. Smorhullet is one of the first places I have visited, so my review may be a little biased given that I have very little to compare it to. When I was walking around in amagerbro looking for something quick and easy I peeked in at the menu because of the large images that displayed the range of food served there. The images were obviously attractive so I decided to try it out.
The menu was HUGE, ranging from indian to mexican to pizza. I ordered a falafel pita sandwich which was somewhat of a gamble because I didn't exactly know what was going to come in it...menu is in danish. I was satisfied with my falafel but by no means was it the best one that I have ever had. The large pieces of cucumber and taziki sauce were appreciated.
The price was surprisingly reasonable at 25 DKK for the falafel pita. The pizzas were about 100 DKK for a family size and the indian dishes ranged from 60-70 DKK.
The pro's include the range of options, ideal location in Amagerbro & quality of ingredients.
The con's were the speed of delivery (there were several other orders ahead of mine, i recommend calling ahead if you can) & lack of vegetarian options. read more
