I met with Peter who came to my house, gave me an estimate, and helped me figure out what sort of cover I wanted. He also helped me easily arrange financing for the project through a se one party. Jonathan worked with me to find a day for installation. And my install team, led by Preston with the help of Chris and Tim, were top notch: polite, professional, and easy-going. What most important? I love my 15'x17' lattice pergola! I highly recommend Royal Covers.

We contracted Greenheart Landscapes for a large, complicated backyard project. One key piece was a patio cover extension over newly installed pavers. We are very pleased with the final results. Our patio basically doubled in size and now features recessed lighting, a stylish outdoor fan, and a TV, all ready for our next party. What I really appreciate about working with this team is that not only is their craftsmanship top quality, but they also come prepared with thoughtful recommendations and options that fit your lifestyle. It's also a benefit that they work closely with the landscape team, allowing them to better coordinate installation timelines and other aspects of the project seamlessly. During the project, we had our roof redone (poor timing on our part), which resulted in a lot of dirt and debris falling off the house. In spite of that, the Pergola team were absolute professionals, accommodating the roofing team and ensuring everything went smoothly. Thanks again to Irene, Dagney, Mike, and the whole team for being so communicative and responsive - helping to make our backyard come to life!

Got work done less than a year ago. Wind came with no support whatsoever. I called and asked for a quote from the insurance company but never received one, nor did they come by. But when they had not received their money for the initial installation of the product, they stayed on course. Kinda disappointed that literally I had no support or warranty after the initial install. They could have made it clear that there was no warranty on weather or nature damage. The standard industry warranty is 5 years, and now I need help; there is no support. I want everyone to BEWARE if you do business with this company. Then when they initially installed the product I had to force them to do it the way I wanted it done. The product is good quality. But the warranty, support afterwards, and customer service leave a lot to be desired. I hope this is passed on to management P.S They have blocked people from reviewing on google so what that say about them?

They were quick (just over a week) meticulous, knowledgeable, and friendly. We now have wonderful areas throughout the yard of artificial grass (pet friendly) where our pups can run and play. A walkway of Desert lock, Cool white Artistic Pavers used as stepping pads complement the grass and existing Artistic Pavers perfectly. Colt's Skillful team carved a pathway through the upper level creating a picturesque walkway using rumbled stone concrete pavers. All the extras matter and didn't go unnoticed. Colt's "A" Team moved and added landscape lighting, and installed a fence and 2 gates, and now we have a secure area for the pool equipment and supplies. There was constant communication given and received throughout this project which made this experience immensely successful and appreciated. At the completion of the project, Outdoor Dream Builders cleaned up and left us the most beautiful yard for us to enjoy right away. I couldn't ask for anything better. I highly recommend Outdoor Dream Builders to anyone looking for quality and excellent service and a great price
